A door-to-door salesman gave me an offer for internet and TV from Nova, which seemed good at first, so I switched from Vodafone to Nova.

From the 1st day of my new connection, I had many (over 10) disconnections, lasting from a few minutes to over an hour.
After almost daily talks with their technical support team, it was concluded that "there was an issue in my area". However, my neighbours on other providers didn't face any issues.
All of the support team members I have contacted seem to be "new" and are not helpful at all, they just keep saying, "I will forward your issue to the respective department."...
Almost 3 months later, and I just get "ping-ponged" from one department to the other without any actual resolution of my issue.

I do not even have a clear answer as to whether I can cancel my contract with them without any "penalties".

I am paying for something that hasn't worked as advertised for one day.

My experience with them is absolutely terrible.

Would not recommend under any circumstances!
Nova feels more like a scam rather than an actual working service.

Terrible company.
The help center is unable to deal with any issues.
They charge much higher than what they advertise

Εδώ και πάνω από έναν μήνα προσπαθώ να ενεργοποιήσω τον αριθμό μου στη Nova. Μέσα σε μία μέρα, μου είπαν ότι ο αριθμός ενεργοποιήθηκε, μετά άλλος υπάλληλος είπε ότι εκκρεμούν ακόμη ενέργειες, και στο τέλος μου έκλεισαν το chat χωρίς να έχω καμία σαφή απάντηση. Δεν υπάρχει συνεννόηση μεταξύ των τμημάτων, λένε συνεχώς διαφορετικά πράγματα και δεν φαίνεται κανείς να αναλαμβάνει ευθύνη. Έχω χάσει πρόσβαση σε υπηρεσίες, χρόνο, χρήματα και νεύρα. Δυστυχώς, πολύ κακή εμπειρία. Δεν το προτείνω σε κανέναν.

Αν μπορούσα να βάλω μηδέν θα το έβαζα μακριά είναι άθλιο από ολες τις απόψεις ….

i have never seen such bad wifi connections since 2014 its just embarrassing at this point, i cant go on a day without lagging on games and not being able to look up anything because of this joke of an internet service.Disgusting

After months of using a personalised data offer , it was suddenly deactivated without warning or explanation. I reached out to customer service multiple times, through chat and messenger, only to receive robotic, copy-paste responses. Not only were they dismissive and unhelpful, but one of the agents also had the audacity to close the chat without even asking if I needed further assistance.

They kept repeating the same scripted line about "personalised offers being generated automatically" — which, frankly, sounds like a cheap excuse to avoid accountability. There was zero interest in resolving my issue or even acknowledging it. It felt like talking to a wall.

If this is how Nova treats loyal customers, then it's not a company worth staying with. No transparency, no effort, no respect. I’ll be taking my number elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

Completely useless clerks and tottaly unorganized company. You pay for internet, you just get it for 3-4 months and then everything collapses. Router, sim card for mobile internet, you name it. Waiting for my contract to end and they need to see my middle finger. Stay away, never again!

I cannot go one day without my internet becoming very unstable for at least 2 hours, making any online experience I use become very hard to use. The bufferbloat is insufferable, making the entire experience even worse. Even if I call them, all they'll tell me to do is restart the router, which fixes nothing! When the contract with this terrible company ends, I am not renewing it, and going to other companies, which offer much better stability. Never give them a chance, ever! Their customer service is bad, and their internet is even worse!

Απλά απαράδεκτοι. Μακριά.
Κάναμε συμβόλαιο για 100 άρα γραμμή
και το αποτέλεσμα χαμηλές ταχύτητες και πολύωρες διακοπές.
Το τεχνικό τμήμα μας είπε ότι υπάρχει ανεφικτοτητα και ότι με δίκτυο χαλκού δεν θα πετύχετε ταχύτητες πάνω από 24 Mbps.
Τώρα που άλλαξα πάροχο μου ζητάνε ρήτρα ενώ αυτοί δεν μπορούν να μου παρέχουν αυτό που υπογράφουν.
Αν δεν μπορείτε Κύριοι να το λέτε
από την αρχή και μην παραπλανάτε
τον κόσμο.

Be extremely careful! In Greece they collaborate with ACS courier! Stay away!

THE INTERNET SPEEDS ARE WAY BELOW THE ADVERTISED CONTRACTED SPEEDS...I HAVE BEEN AT AN AVERAGE OF 10-15 MBS FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS...I HAVE MADE DOZENS OF CALL-IN COMPLAINTS AND STILL THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED...THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL ARE VERY HELPFUL, HOWEVER THE PROBLEM IS CONCERNING THE COMPANIES INABILITY TO OFFER THE BANDWIDTH INFRASTRUCTURE THAT THEY ADVERTISE...

Μου πουλησαν ρουτερ με sim 4g internet.
Το πρωτο 3μηνο ολα οκ, ξαφνικά χαλια καλυψη, χαλια ταχυτητα, το ίντερνετ επεφτε!!!!
Πρωτη διαγνωση πως ξεπερασα τα διαθέσιμα mb του μηνα και μου χαμηλωσαν αυτοματα την ταχύτητα…… ΨΕΕΕΕΕΕΜΑΤΑ!
Ουτε που το ανεφεραν οταν εκανα το συμβολαιο.
Δευτερη διαγνωση πως αντιμετωπιζουν προβλημα με την κεραια τους.
Τριτη διαγνωση πως εχω λαθος δηλωμενη οδο.
Τεταρτη και τελικη διαγνωση: δεν εχω καλυψη στην οδο που βρισκομαι, αρα εξαρχης δεν επρεπε να μου προτείνουν αυτο το πακετο, δεν μπορουν να με βοηθησουν με κατι αλλο εκτος απο ενσύρματο με 24αρα γραμμη(που ειχα και αλλαξα γιατι πιανει εως 10mbps μονο).
Ζητησα διακοπη και μου ειπαν πως εχω μονο 7 μηνες στο συμβόλαιο αρα θα πληρωσω ρητρα. Φυσικά και αρνουμαι!!!!!
Εννοείται μου είπαν μπορω να τηλεφωνησω αφου βγει το ποσο και λογο μη καλυψης να κανω αιτηση να μην πληρωθει!
Τι λε ρε!!!! Εμ κανετε μαλακιες εμ να τρεχω εγω για τα λαθη σας!!!!!!

Diese Gesellschaft nimmt unser Geld und leistet zu wenig. Es ist unzumutbar in der Heutigen Zeit, ein Notfall und kein Internetzugang das geht gar nicht!!!! Was ist los bei NOVA ist da irgend ein IT Experte der die Arbeit versteht?, ich denke nein!!!

The worst of the worst. The worst client service, the worst communication, the worst everything! They change the contracts prices without informing the clients first, and the clients cannot break the contract but NOVA is allowed to raise the signed contract price. The people who answer the site chat are incapable of communicating, they do not understand what you are saying, they do not answer, they end the conversation at their own will immediately after replying, so that you cannot reply back. When my "contract" expires, I don't want to have anything to do with NOVA, they are completely unacceptable.

Αδιάφοροι για όλα τα προβλήματα του δικτύου τους,
ασε τις ποινικές ρήτρες... ενώ δεν προσ΄φερουν αυτα που σου λένε .. είναι ένα αίσχος !!!

Worst customer service ever. Online and in real life. Unreliable agents and services.

Unacceptable customer service and lack of professionalism.

I needed to move abroad and cancel the contract - after agreeing all details (and a ridiculous amount to pay for the cancellation at the store), I paid all outstanding amounts and still kept receiving invoices to pay afterwards. I am abroad and tried to contact them in the number indicated as “telephone number to call from abroad” and they weren’t valid. However as I found out those numbers are only for callers using nova. Too bad, they blocked my nova phone number because I supposedly didn’t pay the bill and I couldn’t call them to clarify this because there is no number to call them from abroad. After finding a way to contact any service of Nova, a completely untrained customer service agent replied telling me that this is some extra fee that I should pay and it’s for sure correct, without giving me any details or context. I then asked for my balance movements to be sent to me so I can see exactly what I have paid so far and they told me to give them w contract number and someone will reach out to me. Two weeks later, nobody did. Nobody replied to my email asking for the balance either.

They should really be ashamed of what they represent. Scammers
