Aaqib Mohammed (Conveyancer) and Hanaan Rizwaan (Account Manager) were patient, efficient, and kept me regularly updated throughout the process, making what is often a stressful experience feel easy. They responded promptly to any questions, and the online portal was fantastic for tracking progress. My conveyancing was completed in just 7 weeks (9 weeks from mortgage offer to completion), which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them and the team at Nova.
