Horrible experience. Sent wrong shoes and size and than they just keep wasting time sending pre made emails. Now I am stuck dealing with credit card company to try and get a refund. The seller doesn't seem to be able to understand English.

Absolute scam!!!

Pertama kali coba novelship, harganya oke bgt buat sepatu yang udah susah di cari di store, bisa shipping ke indo juga jadi ga ribet. Tapi pengirimannya cukup lama sih karena nunggu check sepatu dsb, sempet gagal QC pertama tapi mereka cariin gantinya jadi pas dateng sepatunya bener2 ok dan ga mengecewakan buat seharga itu.

I’ve had significant delays with the seller taking more than 3-4 days to send shoes and it’s now day 10 and still no progress with the seller which is frustrating because the gift was for Christmas for my daughter.
When chasing a refund, the response was so generic like an automatic reply from a robot which covered some basic aspects/information about offsets for restocking saying I’m losing 10% from the total paid even though the seller has taken more than 10 days to send shoes.
Simply put, I’m just looking for a full refund since Novelship is taking forever!

There has been no restocking yet the generic response informs me of it and I’m expected to get a refund at a 10% loss.
I contested for a full refund, now I’m waiting for another response which has taken over 3 days because Novelship is answering tickets in order received which is another generic message that shows how automated this website is.
Just refund me so this transaction is finalised!

This transaction with Novelship has left me feeling like this is a scam company that doesn’t value good customer service.

Everything on the website and how it navigates looks well set up but my experience has been frustrating and I’m left disgusted with how slack and slow communication is and timely processes are done.
Unprofessional, it’s false advertising like they have sellers with guaranteed stock to fulfil the orders for each size.
They need to change how they work with sellers and have them pay for cancellation fees if they advertise stock they don’t already have.

Ordered a pair of trainers as a Christmas gift to replace a pair from a few years ago which we can’t find in the shops anymore. First time shopping here. The trainers arrived well in time for Christmas (before the expected date) in perfect condition.

Awful customer service and delivery!

Absolutely Trash. You might get what you ordered eventually. But the expedited shipping fees are a scam, I paid over $90 to get my order in 5-7 business days, the emails even said 1-3 business days at one point. It has been nearly 3 weeks and still nothing. The emails from the staff are probably the most frustrating part.

A little bit worried as a first timer using this platform, been looking anywhere and found it here. But, they had me waiting for days. Fortunately when i asked them for updates what is happening on my shoes, they explained to me. Also the tracking updates is a little bit slow so it is not accurate, maybe can work on that. But overall, the shoe came perfect and authentic. So still happy with the experience..

Absolutely poor and bizarre customer service. I bought a pair of shoes almost a month ago, and today my order was cancelled with a ridiculous excuse. I purchased these shoes for an important competition, but unfortunately I had to buy another pair because the information on their website was misleading. I even chose the expensive express shipping option, yet they still failed to deliver within the timeframe stated on their website. I strongly advise against buying from them, especially paying extra for express shipping, as they do not deliver as promised.

Joke of a company. Made a purchase that never arrived and now I am chasing a refined. Avoid at all costs. These guys are dreamers and con artists in the extreme.

The worst Customer Services you could ever want to encounter. After waiting over 3 weeks for an order, for a pair of shoes, the box was damaged and opened. There was one shoe. Even the delivery driver mentioned it.

I took photos and a video and for 2 weeks this appalling company have been asking for more info. They have asked me to report it to the Police ! Report what?

The Police want to know where it happened (I don't know) when it happened (I don't know) and how it happened (I don't know). Have to contact the bank to arrange a chargeback

Ordered a Gucci vest that was in stock and authentic supposedly. After paying 1400 dollars I learned that the item was not in stock, had to be authenticated, and not authentic. This was three weeks ago am waiting on a refund. I did not trust the company to send my refund so I had to get my financial institution involved. Do not use this company, it is a scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! said the buyer has shipping delays for over a month! When asked several times to cancel and refund me they have completely ignored

Terrible experience. Ordered a new shoe which never arrived. Customer service is basically non existent

I ordered an Adidas XLG Deluxe Runner which is only exclusively selling in China. Their website shows the size US10/28cm and I have a leg length of 28cm, thus I ordered it in accordance to that information display in their website I received the shoe in US10/27cm instead.

I emailed them about the wrong size delivered. They gave me a nonsense explanation that the shoe is accordance to Japan sizing which is not align with Chinese sizing. As I mentioned earlier the shoe is only exclusively available in China, shouldn't their company display the correct length in the Chinese region sizing.

The company refused to provide a full refund even if the shoes was to return to them untouched. Novelship is unethical in their business dealing. Should have read previous reviews on this company numerous red flags. Do not order from this company

I placed an order, never received confirmation and despite sending messages through three channels over 7 days customer support have not got back to me. No confirmation. No shoes. $150 out of pocket DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

Took more than a month to get my order when initial delivery window was 5-7 days. Ridiculous, considering they charge a lot for shipping too.

And they didn’t seem apologetic when contacting them about it either. Very sad. I’d take my sneaker shopping elsewhere.

I brought a pair of shoes a month ago they turned up the other day. After further examination they’re fakes Nikes. Very similar looking but cheaper material and lacking features of the original Nike shoe model. Considering the confirmation email stated they were ‘ Certified Authentic’. Currently waiting to hear back from them. Do not by from novelship

got my order kinda late bcs they need to change the seller(?) but actually worth the price and shoe atleast nice
