Review: Absolute Garbage Quality – Avoid

I am beyond disappointed with my recent purchase from Novel Ship. I ordered a pair of soccer turf shoes, expecting a performance-ready product, but what I received was essentially disposable.
* The Issue: The shoes completely fell apart after only two uses.
* The Damage: The sole has already separated from the upper on both the left and the right shoe, rendering them completely useless and unsafe for play.
* The Verdict: For a retailer that positions itself as a source for quality footwear, this is unacceptable. I wasn't playing in a monsoon or using them for anything other than their intended purpose. To have a product fail this spectacularly points to either bottom-tier manufacturing or poor quality control.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for shoes that actually last longer than 90 minutes of playtime, look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of money. I bought the mundial team turn off shoes as a backup while I was still using my old pair. Their response was that defects would only occur in the first 48 hours of receiving the shoes.... What a horrible return policy!
Since the product failed completely, this is strictly A "factory defect" or "not fit for purpose"... I will avoid novelship and I am telling all my friends to avoid novelship as well

I placed an order the the 6th of December 2025. It is now the 27th of January 2026 and I still haven't received my shoes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. SO UNRELIABLE. THE WORST.

They should not be allowed to trade in Australia as they are misleading and dishonest in transit times. They take no accountability and think it’s okay to advertise delivery times that they can never meet. If you have another website for the item you are buying, rather buy there than Novelship.

DO NOT ever buy from this company unless you are ready to lose 55% of your money when your return it. A whopping 55%!!! One if the WORST experiences i have had for sure. Hands down.

Bought my daughter nike sprint spikes for christmas and they have broke already after only using for few times. I contacted the company who state they are unable to help as its been over 7 days! I paid over £200 for these spikes to last 1 month. Be wary before you buy.

Ordered trainers on 30th December.
1st January order confirmed and sent out.

19th January order not sent out, just order confirmed!

Trying to get a refund as novelship still have my money but they're denying me a refund and just saying trainers on way!

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.

Avoid this company

Absolutely shocking service from Novelship.

I paid in full for an item that was never delivered. No proper delivery attempt was made, no “missed delivery” card was left, and tracking was inconsistent from start to finish. Despite this, Novelship tried to charge me additional redelivery fees and are now attempting to deduct delivery, return and “handling” fees from my refund for an item I never received.

This has been ongoing for over 3 months, with more than 100 emails exchanged and hours wasted on customer service calls. I have been given conflicting information throughout, and still have neither the shoes nor a full refund.

This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act — you cannot charge a customer for delivery and handling of an item that was never delivered. The lack of accountability, transparency, and resolution is unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

they did not deliver on the expected delivery so i have no longer use for them
.i request for refund and return and they said they could only refund 45% of what i originally paid for. thats ridiculous. some positive reviews here are fake i think. think before you order from here.

Scammers.
They sell you unauthentic products and then make you wait for ages by requesting different pictures and at last just claim the product to be authentic. Do not recommend buying from them.

They scammed me. I paid $300 for shoes then they cancelled the order and said i would be refunded. I went back and forth with support for months asking them to refund me and they said it was already processed. I paid in crypto and can clearly see on the blockchain publicly I was never refunded. Horrible company do not buy you will get scammed

I ordered a pair of shoes last week and expected to be delivered on Jan 10-14 BUT still the item is for authentication and no update since Jan 10, and today is now Jan 15. This supposed to be our gift on Jan 16 but they didn’t make it to arrive!!!!!!! I wasted my $77 for express shipping!!!!!! until now I haven’t receive the item. SO FRUSTATING!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This site should be condemned because I paid 509.62 pounds for Alexander McQueen, they arrived late, but when I compared them with the original ones, they came out Fake, don't buy, don't fall for the scam, and they don't pretend to be fake, I don't know if there is an institution that deals with this company, they are stealing from us and no one is taking action.

Hi guys, don’t buy from this website!!!! This is a very irresponsible company with terrible customer service. I placed my order end of Dec and I paid extra for express delivery. It showed that my order will be delivered between 6-10 but I didn’t receive it up to now is already 14th Jan. I checked with the customer service and they keep denying the duty and claimed that they already tried their best to make sure my order will be delivered asap which is useless. They rejected to refund my express delivery cost and I would say this company is no after care service. Please don’t waste your money here. What a shame!

The worst buying experience I've ever had with an app, and the customer support is all just AI chatbots, so good luck!

Got my Nike Dunk Sail Dark Marina Blue delivered within a week on a quite good price. Quality and shipment experience was top notch.

Ordered shoes on 7.12.25 and still not received. I paid $18.99 for express delivery. No purchase receipt or confirmation email. No purchases shown on website. No way of tracking. Absolutely disgusting service- never again! This is daylight robbery.
