Needed to return shoes as the size was too small. Offered a refund of only 30% of the original purchase price. Disgusting.

Please avoid this organization. They have zero interest in your pain or complains. They don't belief in any service recovery even where they know it's thier fault. They love using the words it's thier policy.They pretty much behave like a scam company. It's your own risk to deal with them

I received the order but Imprint on the back of the jacket after I use it 3 times it’s peeling off,

I had and have same jacket 6 years old and it’s perfectly fine the imprints all the way around even today
And the way it looks the imprints compared with my old one they are not the same

Never order expecting that something will come by the time they quote it. I paid $80aud for the express shipping hoping to get it within the date range they quoted, however after a week it’s still not even arrived to their facility to inspect it at god knows where. As a first timer I don’t understand this process and it’s really unfortunate to pay so much for a quoted time which I needed them for only to not receive it. Customer service gives generic responses that appear to be copy pasted - and they can’t seem to give me a tracking number.

I bought a pair of shoes by February 12 2026 with express shipping. It’a stated should be received by me by 1-3 days. Now February 20 2026, still no updates on my order. Customer service sent me a carrier link, which an unkown carrier and no updates from the carrier from February 16. Seems suspicious for me.

Outstanding. They provided me with genuine Adidas shoes that are very hard to find at a good price with fast shipping. They actually did better than official Adidas in Australia. I am thanking them by providing this review, I love the shoes.

However, this is what you state in your policy: “We’re unable to process investigations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that have been worn or used, as it’s difficult to verify the condition at the time of delivery.” That is your position — and honestly, it’s shocking.

I wore the trainers once. Once. I paid $170 for them and after a single run the sole started peeling. That is not normal wear and tear — that’s a defect. I even provided photos as proof, yet instead of addressing the issue, you’re relying on this policy to avoid taking responsibility.

For a $170 pair of trainers to fall apart after one use and then be dismissed because they were “worn” is extremely disappointing. It shows a lack of confidence in your product quality and even less concern for customer satisfaction.

Attempt to cancel order 5 minutes after it was placed and told corporate policy is no cancellations.

Ordered a pair of shoes from Novelship on 4th of February. Opted for express shipping which i should expect the parcel to reach me on 11th Feb. Now is already 13th Feb and the tracking still shows "label created" which was dated on 10th feb. Check with customer service and but it was no help at all and they just brush you off by replying authentication and internal process is completed awaiting for courier to pick up item (I believe the reply is bot replying). I check with the courier company and found out that the courier company did not receive any instruction to pick up the parcel. As novelship claims that the authentication and internal process is completed, why is there a delay for the courier company to pick up the item? Your express shipping stated that I would expect the parcel to reach me on 11th Feb but it didnt, so why am I paying for the express shipping for? Novelahip service level is really bad. After this purchase I will no longer purchase anything from them anymore.

I accidentally ordered size 7 Jordan trainers for 270GB pounds I tried to change the size but they did not have my size so I had to proceed with the order even though I was going to have to return them
When I tried to send them back they only offered me 87.00 GB back as they said the rest was processing fees !
Even though they responded quickly it’s a disgrace charging them fees
In there refund policy it says that they check eligibility before refunding but do not state that you would not get a full refund
And even if I did send them back I would have to pay to do so

Do not order shoes through this company - I wish I had researched them before buying trainers via an internet search comparing best prices - you get what you pay for. At this time they have had my money for nearly 3 weeks and I still don't have my product. No one can tell me where the trainers are other than 'awaiting delivery' and there is no person to talk to. I have tried to insist on a refund so I can order from elsewhere but they keep refusing to do so saying that the order is 'on its way'. It has been a complete let down for my nephew who was hoping to have them in time for his basketball game last weekend. Shocking process and customer service. I'm now suspicious that they won't be authentic.

Ordered a pair of shoes with express delivery, only for the seller to delay shipment for quite some time. Tried to cancel the order since delivery couldn't make it in time but their CS team kept citing their terms (which were inaccurate) and only gave boilerplate responses. Had to raise a claim under SCT and took almost 3 months to get all my money back.

AVOID this company ! Very bad experience. Bought Timberland jacket which we believe is counterfeit. Delivery failed we paid £49 to get the item faster but only received it after three weeks. Ordered L size but it’s much smaller than regular L size arms too short. Logos not existing on shoulder as it was advertised on website. Customer support don’t really care. After many emails they offered us to return the item and max they can offer after return procedure is £28, we paid £186 plus we would need to pay for return.

Bought some trainers from Novelship for a Christmas present which cost 139 pounds. (paid 44 pounds shipping.) Came 2 weeks after Christmas and wrong size (ordered 7.5 UK women's and received 7.5 US women's). Asked for a refund as they didn't have the size I needed and I was offered 35 pounds refund. I was told the "internal finance team had calculated processing, handling, shipping and authentication" and this was the amount left owing to me. Would cost me 35 pounds to send back to them. I asked for a breakdown of these supposed costs for the processing, handling, shipping, authentication but was told the internal finance team don't give that info.

Wouldn’t post this but I don’t want someone else to have my experience. I paid $40 extra to get my shoes on time. They arrived over a month late. At that point I didn’t need the shoes anymore (was for a Christmas present), so I tried to return the shoes. They said they’d pay me back 1/3 of what I paid for the shoes and that I’d have to pay for the shipping which is international so it would at least be $30-$40ish on top of that. Basically a scam. Really poor customer service, don’t waste your time or money.

Placed order on the 5th of January, now it’s the 3rd of February, and still stuck on ‘Delivering to You’, the updates are EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE, the courier is still stuck on arrived at destination airport since the 23rd of January, will not be ever buying from this company ever again and if it’s you’re thinking about buying from their company honestly don’t, it’s a big waste of time.
