After visiting many similar diamond jewellery specialists in Manchester we decided that the best advice, service and value for money was buying from Paul at Novita in Manchester. His knowledge was significantly way above anybody else we visited. Our order was placed today and we await the finished article in 5/6 weeks. I must add Paul gave me tremendous confidence in what we were purchasing was right for our budget, although we did end upgrading, we got an absolute beautiful diamond from Hong Kong. I would have no hesitation in recommending him - have a visit and compare with others in the area and you will see what I mean. Happy shopping 💍

Monah provided outstanding service. We went in with a little bit of insight into what we wanted, but she was instrumental in closing the gaps with just the facts. No upselling or condescension that we have experienced at other shops, no high pressure or time pressure tactics, just honest and balanced advocacy for Novita Diamond's best suiting products. That made us feel more confident splashing out on a few extras, because we felt the decisions made were our own, but well informed by a patient and knowledgeable salesperson. We were extremely indecisive and despite that Monah was unwaveringly gracious and helped us navigate what we truly desired based on the wealth of technical information she had. The end product was of a similarly high standard and quality. I liked the customisability of the CAD and website. Also this review was made with no incentive or dumb discount other stores try to use to get fake 5 star reviews, I think the high rating this place gets is just genuinely because you'll walk away shocked at how good the service and quality of it all is.

There was a little issue with the timing of our ring before we went overseas, which was understandably disappointing given how excited we were to have it with us. However, Lorie took over from our initial consultant and was fantastic throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, solution-focused and went above and beyond to make sure we still had something special for our trip, arranging a beautiful placeholder ring for us to wear in the meantime.

We really appreciated how she handled the situation and kept working towards a solution rather than simply leaving us disappointed.

We were unsure about what ring style we wanted, but Monah guided us every step of the way and explained in great detail what options were available to us and what to expect.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with this Novita Diamonds which included being lied to multiple times.

I wanted to compare two sizes of studs in person so I called to ask if they would have them. The woman on the phone told me she couldn't check right then but to note it in the booking form when I make an appointment.
When made the appointment I specified the sizes but when I turned up, they told me they didn't have one of them in stock.

I decided on the ones they had in stock and purchased them. On the way home I received a call to tell me she sold me the wrong size and requesting I return them.

When I got home I checked the size and my receipt and they were correct. I told her this and she responded that the label is correct but the stock was not. At that point I noticed the label said 18ct instead of 9ct white gold which was what I purchased.

I called her to understand better why she said it was the wrong size. She then told me that actually they had sold me display stock and they were not under warranty. At this point it was clear she didn't want to tell me the truth. I asked her if they accidentally sold me the 18ct gold and let her know if that is the case I would be happy to bring them back.

After a long pause she told me that isn't what happened. She said she would check with her team and call me back.

When she called me back she doubled down on the lies and said they didn't know what they sold me and it could even be silver. Upon checking their website I could see they don't seem to sell silver at all.

In the end her manager called me and told me the truth, which was exactly as I suspected, they accidentally gave me the 18ct gold. They offered to send a courier to pick them up but at this point I didn't trust them to send me the correct studs in return so went out of our way again to return to the store and fix their mistake.

The ring was to big ( husband through I had fat fingers lol), so when we were on holiday in Adelaide, I popped in the Novita shop to have it resize. This was amazing service too the lady was so helpful
I received the ring back within 10days and this was great service too as we live in the NT outback
