I have bought and sold handbags through Shian and ‘ the nest ’ for more than 10 years. I am never nervous when a purchase arrives as I know it will be exactly as described. The same goes for selling through her, you know she will do her very best for you. Always my first port of call for pre loved and that hasn’t changed. In a world where customer service is generally poor, Shian goes over and above and it’s appreciated.

Shian is lovely, very knowledgable & always has high quality authentic items on her site. She always photographs every tiny detail, clearly stating its condition & and the bags are so beautiful. They are packaged perfectly, and posted with next day delivery so they come super quickly. Shown makes sure to keep you updated throughout the process & provides tracking numbers once posted.
Selling with Shian is just as amazing of an experience & I truly wouldn’t sell or buy pre loved bags through anyone else.
