Arranged for them come and pick up an item they supplied that was useless, a Rollator that the tiniest piece of gravel would make the wheels lock up, it was literally unusable outside. We agreed a time for them to come and pick it up, it wasn't convenient for me but this was their only option as they don't do pickup's in afternoon apparently, they didn't turn up, no contact at all from them, I have tried to call them back again (55 minutes the first call) I've now been on hold for 2 hours and they still haven't answered, the equipment is going in the tip and would never use them as a supplier ever again and will ensure I tell my local council who use them how terrible they have been.

No service whatsoever by phone or e-mail. Cyber attack now nearly a month ago but no business continuity whatsoever. Company totally unresponsive with website telling total known lies, that service is still operational. Deserves zero or negative stars.

Useless told me delivery was coming. 3 weeks later still waiting. Can’t get through on phone. Disgraceful.

Poor, unreliable service. Badly trained staff, poor communication. Equipment, wrongly delivered, wrongly fitted. Website badly designed nd now it has been out of order for 1 month, unable to order any equipment. Car crash.

Telephoned NRS as wanted equipment collected.No response after waiting on the phone for an hour.Every 30 seconds told
"Thank you for your patience please hold for the next representative.PATIENCE EXHAUSTED.

Worst service ever, on hold for at least an hour and a half to get through any time I call, the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude almost all of them and usually they cannot solve the issue. At the moment on hold for two hours for emergency repair. Unacceptable, you are dealing with the most vulnerable members of society and using public funds. All management and staff of this company should be replaced

Would like to leave no star. I have been holding on their emergency number for 5 hours!!!. My Dad died 2 weeks ago and I have been trying to get equipment collected from his flat since last week. Emails not responded to; calls not answered. They were shocking to deal with when my Dad was alive. I have no words for how appalling they are. This incompetence is the last thing you want to deal with when grieving for a loved one.

Not even worth a 1 star , trying to get equipment collected after my father has passed, never turn up cancelled twice now costing me time and money and convenient phone line and website is down so angry 😡

So so bad words fail me , it really is a classic case of computer says no . Shockingly rude staff they are never happy . Shocking service no wait what service. This company operates with public money . They are worth nothing .

I was told by hopsital that a hoist would be delivered on Monday 1st April - then had a call yesterday to say no it would be today with an all day call. Suprise suprise no hoist has arrvied - and know one asnwering the telephone or emails either., If they are closed why did they book a delivery

One of the worst healthcare company in United Kingdom, they never delivered it to correct equipment and their phone is not working

District Nurse ordered Floor Bed and mattress on the 19 Jan 2024 , Today 15 March 2024 Delivery day. Fail to turn up time after time Called them twice today and have been told mattress not in stock. which I have called them this week twice to confirm if delivery is ok. NRS Respect Elderly and Disabled people.who need help.

Don't answer phones, make appointments to collect equipment and fail to turn up time after time! Why does the NHS use such an incompetent firm?? Finally collected equipment and I must say a charming and efficient technician Daniel did a super job with no fuss!

My experience of this company was through Trinity Hospice in London. Trinity are a truely wonderful organisation who try so hard to make a difficult journey for all, so much easier and then there are NRS Healthcare. NRS provide the specialist equipment that may be needed. If NRS was a person, it would be, what I would call, a player. Initially, they seem like a dynamic company with carefully chosen buzz words. You're assured they will call you when they're on their way. They didn't but lied; 'ow we tried but we couldn't get through'... mmm., but in my case I was so pleased to receive the equipment, you 'forgive' them. Then your collect day comes and goes as it seems, they lied again. I wasted a day of my life just waiting. To be continued ...

This company is not fit for health and welfare, what an absolute joke of a company been waiting since 8am its now 12oclock, have called up many times, guy that's ment to be coming has his phone going to voicemail, no manger to speak with over the phone, customer service is dreadful and nobody has turned up to fit the disability equipment, you should compensated people for the time you waste 4 hours and nobody can tell me what's going on, company should be shut down

We recently purchased a bath lift from this company unfortunately the lift was not suitable for the dynamic needs of the patient and unused we returned it. We are shocked to find that NRS Healthcare will not entertain a refund and cite the fact that there was black hair in the parcel and a white substance on the blue seat padding as proof that it had been used and then returned, therefore negating our right to a refund. Neither the hair nor the tiny amount of white substance, which wiped off with a damp finger affect its use. We did not use the lift with water but simply set it up and tried a dry run and feel in view of the fact this is an aid for a person with changing needs this was a reasonable course of action. We feel it is sharp practice on behalf of an NHS endorsed company not to accept its return and to refund the cost when the item is not suitable for the needs of the patient. Caveat emptor!

Booked a collection, have a email confirming the date. The day comes and no call with the time slot so i phoned them to check what time they wll be attending only to be told no booking in place and they never spoke to me. I read out the email they sent me and from who. I was then told its getting looked in to. Problem is we have my Uncles funeral taking place tomorrow morning and its a hindu service so i taking place at home but its currently got equipment there. No one has come back to me and im still on hold which is another issue in itself.

After 2 hrs of waiting on the phone I gave up. 6 emails later all I’ve been told is that my dad’s walker is not in stock. Getting information is so hard! Such poor service in charge of vulnerable people. It’s not on!

These people are not even worthy of a 1 star. Never have the equipment in stock , never stick to their delivery times or just don’t bother turning up. Customer services are a joke and take forever to answer. They also fob you off. Shocking company not fit for purpose and seem to enjoy causing a great deal of distress to the elderly and vulnerable.
