I had a fantastic experience with the surveyor Ilhaan who came to my mother’s property. She was not only professional and punctual, but also incredibly clear in explaining the process. On top of that she was warm and kind, which made the experience really smooth.

Contacted them. They got back to me the following day, had all my details , surveyor came out and checked everything and then sorted a solicitor and things are moving well

Ray was very polite, professional. I was aware if what was going to take place during his visit and he gave clear directions as to what his role is and what im to expect next moving forward. Unbelievable experience with Tenants advice. They were very quick in helping me, as soon as I called and mentioned about the issues in my house, my housing came the next day to try and sort out.
Kevin came and looked around my property and what can I say, Top class gentleman.
Friendly and notified me of the next steps.
