While our driver arrived early and notified me, he did it through "What's App" and I missed his call. Then I couldn't find him, as he had parked on the side of our hotel, around the corner from the front door. (Most drivers know about this hotel's peculiarity; this driver did not.) He did not answer when I called him back. Finally he came looking for us.
Once in the car, I realized he spoke almost no English. There was a sticky substance on the seat - It might have been leather conditioner - and he did not understand when I tried to explain it to him. Finally, I asked for a Kleenex (no luck) then a rag, which he produced and I cleaned the seat.

Perfect driver and perfect car.

We used NuSky for round trip between LaGuardia and Manhattan.
Both drivers very courteous and safely traveled the routes for us.
Appreciated updates for location and approximate times of arrival due to traffic etc.

For the week of June 3 - 7, we had a great experience with driver, Mackenson. He was always on time and delivered us safely to our destination. We could not have maneuvered NY without him. He made this a great vacation for my family and me.

I booked a ride with this company and never received my ride, cannot get a refund, and they are now ignoring my emails and calls.

I booked a ride with Nusky, and I did not hear from the driver until 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. My party waited for 45 minutes after that and never was picked up. The driver remained stationary, and made no progress to the pickup up point. at this point, my party had to find alternative transportation home. After contacting the support team, I was informed that the ride had been outsourced to another company, without alerting me of this. Nusky Limo said that I would have to take the refund up with their affiliate partner who was to handle the ride, but will not provide me that information. They are no longer responding to my emails, 12 days not without a response, and my attempted calls are not answered or returned.

This is one of the least professional experiences I have had the displeasure of being a part of. I will absolutely never use this service again, and recommend any group looking to use this service, to find another company.

The driver was late for 30 minutes, and had a wrong drop-off address. I will never use this service.

I'm an airline pilot and my flight was delayes several hours because of bad weather. By the time we arrived at Las Americas Airport our contracted transportation was not there to pick us up. I looked up limo services and Nusky Limo came to the rescue. Their driver was very professional and courteous. He took us to our hotel safely and offered to pick us up the following day. I recommend Nusky Limo service! I give them a 5 star rating.
