The sample was not in envelope when receive, just letter and pamplet. There was a slit in envelope when delivered by usps. So Im not able to reveiw product

Have not used yet but I have in the past. Easy to use and I like I can just blow dry my hair for effect, however it does lighten up my color a little bit so I will use a toner. I like this product and recommend.

Very unreliable company
When I received the package Items on my order were missing, when I reached out to costumer service they said those products were no longer available but I never got an email saying that nor a refund notification, so if I don’t reach out to them complaining about the items missing they wouldn’t have said anything and I would have lost my money, paying and waiting for something that is not even been sold!
Now I’m waiting for my refund, luckily it won’t take as much time as my incomplete order did.
