Not so manageable as I thought but hydrated and shiny wavy hair
Background: I have thick, dry wavy hair. I had gone to the hairdresser a couple of days before the treatment to get it trimmed and the woman who did it destroyed it so I didn’t like my hair at all.
Treatment: I did the treatment 5 days ago at home on my wavy hair. I used it as a hair mask according to the instructions of an agent on the company’s website. The agent respond politely. It took them some time but it was done.
Results: my hair didn’t lose its waves so hooray! It’s not as manageable as I thought it’d be but my hair feels way more hydrated and it’s shiny.I definitely like my hair better now even with the failed haircut.
Cons: during the application process the vapours of the treatment kind of burn/sting your eyes so use it in a well ventilated area. I wore a pair of cheap transparent glasses to protect my eyes. During and a bit after rinsing the product I could still feel the stinging.
Pros: the treatment has a bubble gum smell. It smelled like I’d done the treatment in a hair salon plus it feels hydrated and it looks shiny!!

Delivery within 5 days. Amazing product. Such a great price and quality of product. Instructions are clear and very simple. The smell is amazing and my hair has never felt better. I have very curly stubborn hair and wanted something to make my hair more manageable during the heat. My product did leak a bit during shipping but didn’t waste too much.

This treatment is amazing. My hair is thin and I wash it every day that’s why I need to do this treatment at least once a month. I like how my hair looks is soft and shiny.

Great product
Great product! This is wonderful and useful for a good straightening treatment without the expensive trip to the salon. I would look at videos first for the Unique Step kit because some of the directions are somewhat confusing due to wording.

Gorgeous hair
My hair is thin, fine and wavy and tends to tangle easily. Straight styles have been difficult for me. After applying the product and waiting about 20 minutes, I rinse my hair lightly so that some product remains. Then I blow dry and style as I wish. It's that easy.
Concentrated tannins pulp conditions and hydrates hair and helps to create a uniform look. My hair feels like I've been to a salon! It's smooth, shiny and feels healthy.
