Overall the meals are very good, generous portions with high protein but my one criticism is that meals with a sauce tend to be quite dry, there basically isn't much of it and a lot lot less than is often shown in the picture on the website, especially green thai curry.

I’ve tried a few meal prep companies before, but Nutrigenic genuinely stands out. The food tastes fresh, the portions are generous, and it doesn’t feel like you’re eating “typical” bland prep food. The macros are clearly thought through, which makes staying on track so much easier, and delivery was smooth with everything arriving well packaged. You can tell quality is a big focus for them. Highly recommend.

Food is nice, it ordering process is a joke doesent work, rescheduled delivery’s cancel and pause floored too. Customer services is super slow. Ordered food for a trip only delivered 1/2 of it 2 days to get a response not good left me running around at 10pm cooking food for a trip at 5am! Not good enough and not the first issue I’ve had with them never again

I’ve signed up to several meal prep services over the last two years and have these guys a punt. Glad I did. The meal choice is good and let me tell you the presentation is superb. Unlike other companies the meals come in sturdy, almost Tupperware quality tubs often with dividers to separate elements of the dish. Nothing is squashed down into an undersized punnet. On top of that the food oozes quality. Gastro pub style meals I’d say with quality meat, chicken and fish and vegetables cooked to perfection.
I had an issue with the website not recognising my orders so contacted them by email. My issue was solved quickly with a bonus for loyalty thrown in. Outstanding customer service.
Highly recommended and honestly, competitive in the quality meals prep delivery business too.

Terrible communication do not trust this company they dont respond to emails . Im still paying for a subscription i cancelled 2 weeks ago contacted them several times no response .

Honestly, it’s the best meal prep I’ve tried. I’ve had simmer eats n prep kitchen and I can honestly say that Nutrigenic is in a league of its own.

Edit: Moved to 1 star, was made to feel like the problem with their terrible website was my fault! Good product, really bad system!

It was all working well until recent website updates clearly weren’t tested properly. If you select a fat loss plan, the first meal behaves as expected, but every meal after that reverts back to full calories. It becomes tedious having to keep reselecting fat loss and rebuilding your choices each time.

The Easter situation didn’t help either. Pausing deliveries for the bank holiday felt like an afterthought, with orders pushed back a week, payments still taken, and overall confusion about delivery schedules. That should have been anticipated and managed far better.

The meals themselves are great, but the website needs a much stronger user experience. It should remember preferences like allergies. I’m allergic to soya, and there’s no proper way to filter this when editing meals, which led to me accidentally ordering something I couldn’t eat because checking each meal individually is impractical.

Meals are great don’t get me wrong. But customer service is absolutely shocking. Not replying to multiple emails over the course of a few weeks. Also it’s awkward cancelling and pausing orders. Really put me off and made me cancel, would not recommend at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

After training, it’s nice having something nutritious ready to eat. The meals are filling and give me the energy I need without feeling heavy.

Wow! Everything is just perfect, the variety of selection, the delicious taste, the packaging. I can only recommend them, never be disappointed.

Best meal prep I have had. Well presented and full of flavour. Speedy delivery and great price.

Best meal prep out there, perfect for hitting the macros but the food is 10/10 and consistent 🙂

The quality of the food and standard of service is the best I have come across it feels like I’m eating restaurant quality meals without the price tag the energy and recovery I feel after the meals are incredible all the food are tailored to what I like

Nutrigenic was a complete disappointment. The food was dry, tasted awful, and had hardly any vegetables. Their Instagram ad made it look like they provided high-quality meals, but the reality was the exact opposite — poor ingredients and terrible food.

To make it worse, some of the containers arrived broken, and I was put onto an 8-week plan without that being made clear. I only found out when more money was taken from my credit card and another delivery turned up. My second order didn’t even have ice pack in it!!!!

I contacted them on WhatsApp and by email and got no response at all. Terrible food, terrible service, and a very misleading experience. Stay away from this company.

I’ve just received my package that was left outside of the apartment complex today. I’ve opened the box and the ice packs melted and the foods warm.The food is basically warm enough to eat. Unsure why there was one little ice pack for the time it needs to stay fresh…I’m used to a box with 4-5 ice packs which I thought was the norm??

This is my first order after leaving Frive two weeks ago, my friend has orders from you and said it was better, so I switched.. not a good first impression.

My message has been read 15 hours ago but no reply.
