Good products, poor company
Good range of products and decent prices but communication is ridiculously poor.
No confirmation emails from order, no shipping updates, no response to messages when items had sent arrived yet and a week on from receiving I've still had no response.
Almost contacted my credit card company to attempt a claim back

We can confirm that both emails were sent to your Hotmail address, with the last one containing tracking details sent on August 29th at 8:48 PM. If you haven't received them, please check your SPAM folder.
Additionally, from the tracking information, we can see that your order was placed on Sunday, August 27th (which was a Bank Holiday), and it was dispatched the next working day, which was Tuesday, August 29th. The order was delivered on August 31st using the Tracked 48h service, which is within the original estimated delivery window.
