Do not order from NutStop
I was looking for Large Golden Raisin. They sell it as "Raisins Jumbo Golden Seedless". It arrived packaged in Chili, small golden raisin. Maybe it's good, I didn't open it.
I want to return it. There is no way to reach any of the customer service indicated on there website as to be used for return, either phone or email. And the phone number gives you a weird spiel: woman's screams and loud music.

Sucky company
Wish I could give zero stars. I purchased two items and was charged for both. They cancelled one of the items but did not refund my money. I emailed back and forth was someone named Sandy until she stopped corresponding. I sent an email to their main address with no response. I would steer clear of this company if you don’t want to be ripped off. I plan on disputing the charge with my bank so I get the funds back. I shouldn’t have to do that!

While the product was ok, and arrived quickly, I was missing 1 bag of nuts.
When I emailed them I got no response. After 7 days I emailed them again and stated if I had not heard back from them in 7 days I would proceed with a charge back. I got a refund for the missing bag of nuts within 30 min of sending the email.
I would suggest just purchasing bulk from your whole foods store. It costs a little more but you pay the extra in shipping anyways so it works out about the same.
Nut stop just lost a customer.
I don't recommend based on their terrible customer service. If they can't get a simple order right or contact you about errors, send missing product.
I will buy local from now on.
Not worth the time it takes
The first thing that an online shipping company has to do is get the customers address. I filled in my address and placed the order just to see that the address had the street, city and state listed in the incorrect order. I confirmed that is was correct in the account info. I called to explain and the woman had an ATTITUDE and said I would have to email someone else and they would get back to me. She said they know the addresses get transposed and are listed incorrectly. They called me later to ask for my address since it was wrong! I don't have time for multiple calls and emails to place a simple order. IT dept can fix this in seconds. Just not worth the time and energy it takes to place the order.

Low quality Shipping and Rude Customer Service
I ordered my items and they were completely delivered wrong and in bad condition when wrapping. the internal bags were so thin that the items were over run with ants and bugs. (Strike #1) I sent them a bunch of pictures too They were not closed tightly. They were also delivered in the rain down the hill from my front door. When I called to reorder the lady said that she reordered all 3 boxes again. I told her that I was relying on these ingredients for a show we had that coming weekend and she said she could only do regular shipping. No option or offer to expedite, so we were out of luck. (Strike #2) I was still wiling to give them a chance.
So, I waited and then only received one box. When I called this time I spoke with a lady that did not want to listen. First I told her that I had a predelivery and that it was the redelivery that I was looking for and verified the dates. She then accuses me of receiving the product so I again had to tell her that it was redelivered. (Strike #3) Then she says wait let me listen to what you were trying to say. So I tell her again in the same words. She puts me on hold and comes back to tell me oh yeah we only sent the one box out. I told her that I verified with the lady dong the reorder that it would be all 3 and she tells me there must have been a miscommunication. (Strike #4) She couldn't even just apologize for their mistake but had to blame the customer again. then she says I have 2 options. I can have it redelivered or have a refund. I told her that I'd prefer a refund because I need a company to deliver what they say they are going to deliver when I need it and that we do alot of ordering. But she cut me off mid sentence. (the final strike #5) She said ok! ok! Let me get this refunded. Just cut me right off. So, I was still willing to give them a chance but dealing with the delivery then having to deal with the rude customer service agent makes me take my business elsewhere. The first lady I spoke with was very nice. The last one should not be answering the phones. She could care less if the company lost a customer.

NutStop did not approve my review on their website, so im posting this here. Earlier this year I ordered organic sugar free dried mangos and some chocolate treats. The mangoes and other dried fruits were soggy, sticky, and tasted awful. I'm pretty sure they were sugar coated even though I ordered the organic unsweetened kind. It's hard for me to find unsweetened dried fruit in my area. I tried to contact Nut Stop to return my order and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. They wouldn't reply to my emails. I opened a PayPal dispute including pictures, and PayPal refunded part of my purchase. The chocolates and sweets were good though.

Was looking for a Better Price from where I was buying before and Honestly the Nutstop was The Best. Great Quality and the Customer service ladies are Amazing also Shipping was Fast and Free on what I Bought . Highly Recommended and will definitely be buying more from them . Thank You 👌😊
Not a healthy choice
This company makes you think you are buying healthy snacks like nuts,berries, trail mix and dried fruit, however, these items are in fact NOT healthy. All the dried fruit I ordered is coated in sugar, has yellow#5 yellow#6 and a bunch of other colors. Did I mention the fruit tastes like chemicals and is not edible? I wasted over $50 on "healthy" snacks that I can't even eat.

I had issues with this company before
I had issues with this company before, but I was on the Websight and it look like they had everything I wanted in stock, so I placed an order that went though. Only to get a shipping from them with some of the items missing so basically, they sell things they don't have, and on top of it they don't have the decency to inform you first so if you wanted to cancel the order you could. no customer service not a good place to shop with. This is an update when I received the package one item was missing, I have been trying to contact customer service with no luck, keep your money.
Unsanitary
This company really needs to invest in better packaging of their products. Sending food in a clear plastic bag with a zip tie that easily slides off the plastic bag should not be okay. There's no nutritional value, no expiration date, no way to tell if the food is fresh in an unsealed bag and underweight. This was my first time ordering and my last. After sending them an email about my concerns, they did say to return the item, but my gut tells me it would have been shipped to another unknown customer, so I disposed of it.

I used to really like this company but not any more. My last two orders took nearly a week to ship. And my most recent order was missing 2 of the 3 items that were the main drivers for it. Customer service claims they are out of stock, but the website showed them in stock when I placed the order, still in stock when I got notice of a “note added to the order” (no not was added, some items just mysteriously disappeared), and in stock through days of emails with customer service. They simply aren’t reliable any mii oh re.

They increased the price of seeds by more then 20% and decreased the quality by more than 80%. Disgusting.
Emails were ignored. When called I was told "this is all we have". She sent me UPS forms to send the seeds back. But I don't believe I would get my refund, based on some other reviews.

No good for me!
I ordered bulk nuts in shell for the squirrels I feed and after a month of the order not showing up and my money deducted from PayPal I called the company. Generic answering machine pick up, no way to leave a message or anything so I emailed the company 2x with never having a response. Now we were 5 weeks later with no nuts and funds taken I went on PayPal and found another number listed and I contacted them and was able to finally speak with someone who then told me the nuts are out of stock 5 weeks later and zero responses until I was lucky to find someone who finally refunded me. I told her how horrible this is for the company.
Unreliable
I have ordered from Nutstop once before over the past year and for the most part been happy. However, my recent purchase was a different story. Paid for the order 10/25 and after sending over 5 e-mails to customer service with zero replies I can only assume that they do not care about their customers at all!! Today 11/14 I finally got an email that they have canceled the order. No explanation. Wont be ordering from them again. Very unreliable and terrible customer service.
