NUUDS is the best of the best
From my very first NUUDS order to now the customer service team and brand itself has been nothing but amazing! The customer service team go above and beyond anytime I’ve had a slight issue. Their response time is impeccable (most of the time immediate), professional, kind and out right THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM I have EVER dealt with.
My first experience was when I placed an order that reached the limit to get a free sweatshirt as a gift. I had forgotten to add the sweatshirt to my cart and within minutes of placing the order a NUUDS customer service representative asked if they could add the sweatshirt as they noticed I never added it to my order. I was in shock! I’ve never had a company go out of their way to make sure the customer got their free gift.
Next, was Pearl helping me with a refund I processed. I had submitted my return item but the refund for the e-gift card was a little delayed. I reached out to the customer service team and AGAIN within minutes Pearl reached back out with the solution.
With the quality, kindness and professionalism NUUDS and their team have I will forever be a NUUDS customer and have this brand take over my closet and I can’t be mad about it☺️. I will recommend this brand to anyone!
Lastly, I have never felt so confident in any type of clothing than I do when I put any NUUDS clothing on. From the pjs (which is what got me hooked😜), to the everyday tees, to the swim and everything in between, you really know how to make women feel amazing! All I can say is thank you thank you thank you!

I was pretty disappointed initially for having an order canceled for overselling the item and when customer service got involved, Aubrey helped to make me feel like they were truly apologetic. She signed me up automatically for a waitlist and I was given a coupon code as well. Happy to have customer service that actually seems to care!!

Camille was great. Super fast response and was able to resolve the issue of a large order that was returned but not tracking on my end. I’ve been a Nuuds customer since the very beginning, back when the brand truly felt special — high quality basics, thoughtful customer service, and that cozy all-American family brand image that made people want to support it.
Unfortunately, it really feels like the company has grown faster than it can sustainably handle. The quality and customer service have noticeably declined, and the overall experience just doesn’t match what originally built such a loyal customer base.
My most recent experience was incredibly frustrating. I had an order that sat unfulfilled for MONTHS, and I had to follow up repeatedly just to get updates. After 6 separate emails and communication with 4 different customer service representatives — all initiated by me — they finally “realized” the items had been oversold and simply offered a refund… months later.
That level of disorganization is disappointing from any company, but especially from one positioning itself as a premium brand.
What’s also frustrating is learning that many of these “premium basics” are manufactured in China while still being sold at luxury-level prices. Charging $50+ for a simple t-shirt is a lot easier to justify when customers believe they’re supporting exceptional craftsmanship and values that align with the branding.
I really wanted to keep loving this brand, but lately it feels like the focus shifted from quality and community to scaling as quickly as possible — and longtime customers can absolutely tell the difference.
