Phenomenal company
Phenomenal company. Seriously will only wear pajamas from Nuuds! I have told so many people about nuuds and they are all obsessed now too. The fit, the style, the comfort everything is perfect with all of nuuds products! And their customer service is outstanding.

Slow return and refund process
I have ordered from Nuuds before and every time I have returned an item, the return and refund process takes forever. I always have to call and check on the status and this time I was told there was a glitch in the system and my phone call alerted the team to manually process my refund. Even though the products are expensive, they are made of good quality. The customer service staff has always been helpful but I would like to see a better system for their return and refund process. The customer service rep, Camille I worked with was very helpful and responsive. I wish I could request Camille's assistance every time.

Quality customer service
After several orders with Nuuds, I received a sweater in this order with a missing button and another one falling off. I knew that this was not the usual quality of their clothing so I contacted customer service. I received a quick response and was more than pleased with the resolution. Also…. Love the color of my red sweater ❤️

The customer service I received was top tier. Quick, within 3 days during the holiday season. Loyal to their customers, they replaced a defective item with the a new item. Respectful. 10/10 experience with Aubrey.

Customer service is 🏆
The nuuds customer service team goes above and beyond. I’ve had to reach out a couple times for sizing help before I placed an order and I’m always surprised by how quickly they respond. They are so knowledgeable. The quality of their clothing is amazing. The slinky rib tshirt is chefs kiss and I need to get everything slinky rib, I wore through the last 5 months of my pregnancy and postpartum it is my favorite thing because how soft and stretchy they are.

I absolutely love nuuds.com! I have followed their founder, Darylann Denner for years, and when she announced that she was starting nuuds.com, I was pretty confident that the quality would be great. I was right! As a size 18/20 (2X) person, I was concerned at first that it wouldn't be a body-inclusive brand, but it is, and they've listened to their customers, and increased the size range consistently! The customer service is always attentive and easy to work with, which is something I really appreciate! Overall, I highly recommend the clothing, the staff, and the service of nuuds.com
