Love every item I have gotten from nuuds! Ordered the textured swim and had a few small snags right away. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Camille. She addressed my concerns immediately and took care of me. It shows how much they value their customers!

My package was recently lost and their customer service agent was very responsive, understanding and so nice. It was a very frustrating situation that she made so much easier to deal with. They of course did all they could and remedied the situation. Love Nuuds and what they stand for and the quality of the clothes is always amazing. Plus you can’t beat great customer service! 💕

Five star customer service, specifically Aubrey! I had to exchange a swim top that was too big. Unfortunately the smaller size was sold out, but Aubrey offered a little discount on my next order and put me on the waitlist in case a smaller size popped up. Everyone that I speak to via text or in an email or always very very nice. That’s why it makes it hard to leave less than positive review. I’ll be honest I have not had the best experience with this brand that I still love so very much because of what it represents and the founders are just great people. There has just been a pattern of always missing out. I’ve received a text for a discount or free shipping hours after placing a $700 order and a $300 order right after it. So when I connect the dots nothing is done to Reimburse Me. Technically they don’t have to but to receive that offer hours after making this purchase is very frustrating. Very disappointing to be told that they’re unable to accommodate it, but here is a free shipping for your next order which never applies because I usually order during a drop.

Great service and products
The clothing is great, customer service is fast and top notch, and they offered a discount for the troubles that were minor. Generally my order is processed and shipped very quickly and if there has ever been a need for support it has been met with friendly and efficient service always thanking me for my order and offering something for my time and minor trouble.
