Excellent customer service! I sent a message and was kindly greeted by Pearl. She was friendly and kind, and very responsive to my issue. My order was missing the free item with gift and Pearl quickly responded and resolved the issue by adding the item to my order before it was fulfilled. Thank you so much for your help! Email was responded to within minutes and my request for size replacement was fulfilled! So happy and thankful; accidentally ordered the wrong size and would have been stuck with it because it was during a final sale! Was surprised to get an answer/help so quickly as the site was extremely busy and things were selling out fast.
