great products and customer service
I have purchased many items from nuuds over the years and have always been happy with what I get! They are truly the best basics. Their customer service (recently emailed back and forth with Aubrey and it felt like I was talking to a friend!) is always incredibly kind and quick to get back to me if something comes up.

Disappointed in the reimbursement policy
Disappointed this company won’t price match something bought a day or two before a price drop. That is just bad business in my opinion. A strict policy about not allowing discounts retroactively will make me never shop here again. Stand by your prices or offer them at the lower price always. I ordered two tops for $44.00 each and the price was dropped to $28.00 a day or two later. They would not honor the price. I do love the top but it’s certainly not worth $68.00 (regular price) and honestly I shouldn’t have bought it for $44.00 either, but I was trying to get to free shipping during their sale. Just be aware of this policy before purchasing.
Edit to add: I did know about the sale and bought the item on sale, as stated in my review. However, the specific item went on an additional sale, and I immediately contacted customer service as I received a text about it, and you still wouldn’t price match. I won’t support a company who does this and I hope others won’t either. Most companies incentivize people for shipping sales earlier but Nuuds does the opposite apparently. Clearly all they care about is making money.

Unfortunately, advertisement and announcements of the sale started more than 2 days before the sale day itself so we're no longer able to price match orders for those days. Had it been a different scenario, we would have been happy to price match for you.
Pearl from Customer support was amazing!
Had an amazing experience with Pearl from Nuuds customer service. I had bought from the sale and ordered enough to get the free sweatshirt. For some reason it didn’t add to the order. I reached out to customer support and Pearl reached out to me with 10 minutes, verified my order and added the sweatshirt to my order for me after she confirmed what size I wanted. Will definitely continue to support Nuuds. Thank you again ☺️

The BEST basics…
Nuuds has hands down the best basics and has helped me, as a newly postpartum mom, feel great in what I’m throwing on every day. Everything is incredibly flattering on all body types (especially changing ones) and the fabrics are unmatched in both quality and comfort across every category. I know their pieces will be staples in my wardrobe for years to come!!
I also had a wonderful experience with customer service. Pearl assisted me with an order that was stuck at a local post office, and she was so kind, responsive, and helpful. My issue was resolved quickly and seamlessly.
I truly can’t recommend this brand enough!
