People First
First of all, I’m obsessed with this brand’s line. They are paving the way for people to truly feel seen and thought of in every item they make. You can feel the intention that went into their designs when you get dressed. But the clothes don’t actually do the heavy lifting - it’s the people! While I’ve had very few issues when it comes to this brand, the random outreach from Lindsey to offer me 10% off my next order since I haven’t been back in awhile… to Aubrey’s help when I encountered a shipping pricing issue - I know that when I reach out with a question or a concern a human person is going to treat me with responsiveness, kindness, and intentionality. Could not recommend this brand more.

Nuuds has the best clothes AND the absolute BEST customer service. I was 1 day late on my return due to a very busy family month, and Camille, the customer service rep I spoke with on the chat bot and then via email, was so incredibly kind and accommodating and helped make sure my order was refunded after my return was delivered. I love this company and everything they stand for!

10/10 customer service experience. Aubrey went above and beyond to correct something that was out of their control and even followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of when I didn’t respond for a few days. Great customer service
Great customer service. They have amazing quality clothes and I never have an issue with them. Aubrey helped me in such a short time frame when I had a problem with my swimsuit. She was quick to offer a solution and never once made me feel like it was my fault. The customer service and quality of clothes is why I keep coming back.

Truly so impressed with the customer service I received! This is the first problem I have had with any of my NUUDS items. I have had the item for a few months and started to see some issues. I sent pictures and was met with a quick response - even over the weekend. My issue was resolved quickly and Aubrey was incredibly sweet!

I actually hate leaving bad reviews BUT I would hate for another mom to spend hard earned money on a product that didn’t meet expectations because of customer service. I’ve only ordered nuuds 3 times and I’ve been decently happy with my purchases! The products are well made, overpriced, but I wear them all often. Twice now I’ve ordered and been sent the wrong size product and twice now customer service refused to fix the issue. I didn’t want to keep the wrong size, I just asked that I return the wrong size and then get shipped my correct size. They told me it was my error and that their “system strictly prohibits us from overriding this for any reason”. If that’s true, then just reimburse me for the issue. Instead, after several email threads they finally send a gift card but for $15 less than what I had to pay to repurchase the item then had to pay for shipping as well. Unfortunately, I’ll just never buy from a brand with bad customer service. So sad because I love the family behind this brand!!!
