Great customer service
My experience has been great with nuuds. I am a returning customer and will continue to be even though one of my recent orders was incomplete. I ordered 3 shirts and 1 pair of shorts. I received my 3 shirts within 7 business days, but my shorts kept saying pending. So I reached out to customer service to get an ETA and they came back and apologized saying they oversold the shorts. They gave me a few options of finding something new or issuing a refund. They also offered me a discount code or $25 gift card for the inconvenience. Aubrey from their service team was very kind, easy to work with and timely with our email communication. Even though I didn’t get my shorts I will still be a loyal customer!

Cup stitching a bit prominent but shirt fits amazing
I ordered the sporty rib bra tee and think the fit is perfection. The built in bra stitching leaves some to be desired. It looks like I have a poorly fitting bra underneath , a defined line all the way around my chest. Not sure if it’s just how it fits on me or just the shirt itself. 100% would love the non bra version because the actual shirt fits so perfectly.

While I do wish I was able to receive the sizing preferred or a similar item in place or it - they are sending a smaller size. I appreciate the friendliness and quick response time.
