I ordered some outdoor chairs from
NWOF which were scratched when they arrived (likely caused by transit by the delivery company). Without hesitation Rebecca arranged for some replacements and then partial refund. She was apologetic and sympathetic, and always replied to my emails quickly. Would definitely order from here again - thanks for the great service, Rebecca! 😊

Nothing to fault, good price, fast delivery, good product.

I used NWOF to furnish my office, the prices are great, delivery was very quick and the aftersales team were great.

Over a year later I had the arm of my chair break off and they arranged for a replacements FREE OF CHARGE which arrived very quickly.

Chair was delivered on time. Packaging could've been better. Paid the assembly fee for the chair but it wasn't done properly. Was loose in numerous places and I had to realign the armrests and reattach the screws below the seat.

Fantastic company. Great prices. Fast delivery. In a day and age when you come to expect poor Customer Service, they were brilliant. They were so helpful with all of my queries as I was buying office furniture to use as dining furniture so needed guidance on measurements, suitability, etc. My new "dining" chairs are great - very stylish and great quality. Very easy to assemble. I would give them six stars if I could.

We had a great experience dealing with this company. Their prices are very competitive, and the quality of their products is excellent. We purchased leather customer chairs as well as two leather operator chairs, and we have been extremely impressed with the quality and finish.
What really stood out was their customer service. When I needed to get in touch with them, it was easy to do, and all of my questions were answered promptly—usually within just a couple of hours. In my experience, that's a level of service that many larger companies simply don't provide.

I had a small problem with a chair I purchased eleven months ago.
I sent a photo and within a day I had a very nice reply and within 2 days a replacement part was delivered.

Excellent customer service. The furniture and chairs were of good quality, they arrived on time. Prices very competitive.
I needed an invoice and emailed sales, the invoice came back within a couple of minutes.
There was a problem with a chair and it was sorted immediately with no fuss.
