AVOID,
This company is breach of the Consumer Guarantee Act, they sent a substandard bouquet , completely different to one advertised and that I paid for.
They refuse to accept any accountability and do not respond to complaints.

I am formally reporting them to trading standards and will seek a refund via bank as they in breach of consumer law.
Disgraceful and unacceptable DO NOT USE THEM.

Supposed to be delivered on the 2nd but not delivered until the 4th flowers no water and flowers dead and $100 down the drain.

Flowers still not delivered after I ordered them on the 25th March. No idea how to contact, email and phone number don't work, I am getting police involved after seeing all the negative reviews! DO NOT PUCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!

Worst bullshit ever brought a pack of flowers and gift box of chocolates and a weird collection looking like it came from the Asian supermarket showed up nothing like what was advertised. Might be Koreas number 1 chocolate sure as hell not New Zealand’s. The flowers were wilted and small. Whatever you do don’t buy from here if I could give 0 stars I would

I wish I could do ZERO - Like the rest of the reviews so disappointed with this company. My son spent $200 to send me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday while he is in Brisbane - to Auckland. He organised it 5 days ago and paid and what do you know, nothing showed up. When he called to see what happened the person was SUPER RUDE to him and told him they still deliver up until 9pm. We waited until 9pm and still nothing. Then he received a random picture of the flowers that had apparently been delivered. A white brick wall and a wooden structure. No noticeable features, we have NEVER had something not be delivered, we are not an *A* address and there is no way to mistake delivery address. SCAM company! Should be shut down.

One star is honestly a compliment for this disaster. I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion, but what showed up looked like it was scavenged from a bin. It was half the size advertised, the flowers were already wilting, and did not looked good. I’ve seen better bouquets in a grocery store clearance bin.
The "service" is nonexistent. I messaged their online support line multiple times regarding my order, but it kept saying its in transit. I called their phone number and the lady on the phone wasn't interested to talk and kept saying that the flowers were delivered. It was clearly not and around 5pm they said wait till 8pm, like seriously.
It’s like they take your money and then completely vanish. Absolute scam of a business with zero respect for their customers. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. And guess what, by the next morning the flowers were completely dead 🙃

I ordered flowers for my mum in Marlborough and then saw all the bad reviews which disheartened me. But the next day, on her birthday, the flowers were not only there but beautiful, so only good reviews from me.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a friend. During the ordering process, I did not see any clear place to enter a delivery address, so I included the correct address in the special instructions, along with a request for no white flowers. Despite this, the flowers were delivered to my home address. If there was any discrepancy or uncertainty, a quick phone call to confirm would have easily resolved the issue.

What was much more disappointing was the presentation. The message attached to the flowers was printed on the back of a 15% discount voucher labelled “New Zealand’s Discount Florist,” and the paper itself had been torn unevenly. It looked extremely unprofessional and was honestly quite embarrassing. In a way, I’m relieved the flowers came to me, as it would have been very awkward for my friend to receive them in that condition. It also makes me concerned about the quality of previous orders we’ve placed.

I attempted to resolve this directly but had no success. I sent a message via the website chat and specifically requested a phone call, but received no response. When I called, there was little interest in helping and I was asked to email photos of the issue; however, the email bounced back with a delivery failure notification, suggesting that the contact email is not functioning.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and based on both the service and presentation, I would not recommend this company.

WARNING: Avoid this company. Unprofessional and dishonest.

​I specifically requested a delivery before 3:00 PM as the business address was closing. Despite this, the flowers never arrived. When I called at 3:00 PM to track the order, the staff was unhelpful, refused to provide tracking info or a manager, and eventually hung up on me.

​I spent the rest of the afternoon being lied to; I was told 4:00 PM, then 5:00 PM, before they finally "canceled" the order at 5:15 PM. Two days later, they had the audacity to email me saying they tried to deliver (after the business closed!) and that I would have to pay extra to resend them.

​Terrible communication and zero accountability. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is the second time I have had an overseas family member scammed by this company (they changed their name but not their business model). I have reported them to the NZ Commerce Commission, and I believe that the consumer affairs programme "Fair Go" has tried to hold them to account in the past, but they seem to be able to avoid legal proceedings, and continue to dupe people with false advertising.

They claim to offer same day delivery, they also claim country wide delivery, both these claims are misleading. They ship from centralised distribution centres on a standard postal delivery, which in my case NZ Post estimate as a minimum of 6 days to my rural location.

The first time my sister sent me flowers through this company, they arrived dead 8 days after they were sent from Auckland to the Arrowtown.

This most recent experience the flowers were shipped from Christchurch to Arrowtown. NZ Post tracking estimated they would arrive 7 days after they were sent: 8 days after they were ordered (for same day delivery).

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Completely unacceptable service. I ordered same day delivery for Saturday and they arrived on Tuesday!!! On Saturday when they said they wouldn't be delivering them I asked for a refund so I could purchase elsewhere and they ignored me, delivered them 4 days late and won't refund my order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

I really wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. I placed an order for next-day delivery and realized I made a mistake immediately. Within 5 minutes, I called to upgrade or cancel. The first representative I spoke to flat-out lied, claiming the order had "already shipped" (impossible for a next-day order placed minutes prior) and then hung up on me.

When I called back, a second person told me editing the order was "no problem," but the line quality was so poor we couldn't complete the request. Between the blatant lies and the technical issues, I gave up and requested a full refund. I will not be supporting this business again. Use someone else.

This website is an absolute scam. Please bring your reports on them to the Commerce Commission, you can fill out a form there. They lure you in with reasonable mid-range prices and product images all of which they can't deliver as advertised at all. I made an order at midnight for Same-Day Delivery charged at $19.90 but I did not get a tracking number the whole day. I called customer service twice and they assured me that they will make delivery to residential addresses in Auckland by 8pm but I still did not get any tracking information and the item did not arrive at all, by which point I could have bought my own flowers and delivered them myself. It was for an important occasion.

The flowers did not arrive. After two phone calls from England [costing approx NZ$60] - they kept insisting they had been delivered.
I am waiting to hear about a refund. If I could give zero stars., I would. I now see that a lot of customers are dissatisfied with the service and complain of non delivery.

I am based in the UK and wish I had searched and read reviews here first! False advertising as I was looking for a local florist to deliver to a grieving family member and wanted fresh flowers, not dehydrated cardboard. They came up on my Google search engine as being based in the centre of Whanganui. They didn’t answer my email about an enquiry if they had got the text for my card.
Next thing I know I get an automated email informing me that the “flowers” had been dispatched from their Auckland warehouse.
They are nothing short of scammers, as the myriad of reviews here testify.
As yet another mug who has fallen for their scam, I will be placing another order with a more reputable company, not some NZ based scammer laughing all the way to the bank.

Do NOT use these con-artists. My wife ordered same day delivery for flowers for her Mother's Birthday a couple of weeks ago. Same day delivery didn't happen because "There was too much traffic," next day delivery was late and they still haven't reached out regarding a partial or full refund. Once they arrived, the flowers didn't even last a week on display. Horrible business, horrible standards, horrible people.

I bought a sympathy bouquet for my cousin, but they arrived with browning leaf tips and the roses were far too open, also browning a little.

I emailed NZ Blooms the next day, but because I used their order-notification email address it wasn't received. My second attempt was inadvertently sent to NZ Bloom... a totally different company. They let me know they have received many similar emails complaining about NZ Blooms, and told me they are not a NZ founded company.

When I finally made contact with NZ Blooms I asked them to send a fresh replacement bouquet. I sent screenshots of my previous emails showing the dates, to prove i had tried to email the very next day. They responded with a template email saying they can only address complaints lodged within 24 hours.

Wish I had checked out these reviews first!

No delivery a week after the scheduled date, no customer service response at all.

Well, where do I start! Ordered flowers online from Australia on a Friday evening. Gave instructions to deliver Saturday 11.30 (happy a delivery anytime on the Saturday). They sent them from Auckland to Gisborne by NZ Courier. Delivery will not make it ontime obviously because of the long drive there. Instead the flowers arrived in Gisborne sometime late evening then went into storage till Monday. I left instructions to ring a NZ phone number, my sister. You would think they would ring a local florist to have them delivered same day but nope. Nobody thought to do that. Nobody thought to ring me, nobody thought to send an email or text. Flowers arrived on Monday for my niece that graduated on Saturday. She does not live in Gisborne she lives in another city but had her grad there. She did not get her flowers. After to and fro, to and fro, ringing customer services, getting hung up on I finally got through. I finally got a reply after sending an email through on the Thursday because non of those emails on their website are contactable. So what they offered was not my money back but a $30 voucher to buy more fricken flowers! Heck, what the heck! Don't use these guys. My order was $130..it never made it on time and the flowers were wiltered. Fresh my A**, Sameday deliver my A***.

Absolute scammers! This is an Indian company set up to scam people out of their money. The pictures on their website are fake. Do not give them your credit card details!!!
