The green egg rotisserie came quickly . It was just want my son hoped for . It also came in a carrier case which is useful for storage . Delighted with my purchase .

Negligible customer service
The products that I ordered arrived promptly etc but Oaktree have neglected to respond to my queries about one of the products where the quality of the product isn't great. I have bought a decent amount of accessories and consumables from them since my original purchase, but will be going elsewhere in future.

The chairs arrived moldy
The chairs arrived moldy. The box was clearly compromised. Their customer service team only cared about their own refund from Four Seasons (the furniture company) and have don’t nothing to help the situation.

We have ordered and purchased several items recently including three large established maples and a Ketler Parasol. The plants are excellent and arrived in wonderful condition. The delivery of the parasol was within 72 hours of purchase and super helpful delivery team who went out of their way to aid us.

Poor communication on the update of my order and only when I contacted them did I get a refund telling me that the item is damaged in transit and therefore they will be refunding and unable try and resend.

We've recently experienced a number of ceramic bases arriving damaged in transit, and as a result we've made the decision to withdraw these items from national delivery. We should have communicated this to you far sooner rather than waiting for you to contact us, and we apologise for that.
We've been in touch directly with an apology and a link to the Kettler website where you can order the base straight from them. We're sorry this experience wasn't the one you deserved, and we hope to have the chance to do better for you in the future.
