Great brand doing great things with great products and helpful customer service :)

I absolutely love my Ocean Bottles (two, 1L bottles) and have used them both everyday for the past two years. I needed new gaskets for the mouthpieces and was replied to quickly, politely and solved my problem very promptly. Amazing bottles, amazing service! The next time I need to get a water bottle, its a no brainer, I'll be getting another Ocean Bottle.

Excellent, eco-friendly products. I have a water bottle and a coffee flask. The seals are superb, I've never experienced a leakage. If that's not enough to persuade you, the colours are beautiful 😁😀

The best water bottle I’ve ever used. I religiously use this everyday and take it everywhere now. I’ve seriously put this thing to the test - logging, dropped chainsaws on it, been kicked with steel toe boots, it’s so durable with not even a single dent. The little ‘ring’ round the neck of the bottle is also incredibly strong and showing no signs of being on its way out. 90% of days I use it I run out of water before ice because it’s that well insulated - sometimes I wake up in the morning and there’s still ice in the bottle from the night before.

I purchased the bottle with pride, hoping that the bottle would be of high quality whilst making an impact on the environment. I have previously bought reputable branded water bottles but this time I thought I was doing more by supporting work towards the environment.

The bottle itself looked great but as soon as I started to use it, I noticed that the promise of keeping your drink warm was an absolute lie. I only drink warm water so I needed a bottle that would continue to keep my drink warm.

I immediately recognised that it wasn’t keeping my water warm for 6 hours like they advertised. I wrote to them to complain as their return policy doesn’t allow you to return the bottle if you’ve used it - which I was shocked by!

I had a quick response but not straight forward. Emails went back and forth between us as they wanted to know more information about the issue - even though it was quite simple. The bottle doesn’t do what they advertise it to do.

They wanted me to count how long the water stays warm, swap lids with the other 2 lids that I had purchased on top of the actual bottle. They now said it only keeps drinks warm for 3-4 hours with the original lid but with the brew lid, it stays warm for longer (again - that’s not the impression you get from their advertising)

I don’t have the time to sit and count the hours the water stays warm. All I know was that within the hour, the water was significantly cool.

They offered to replace the lid - which I questioned because they had also asked me if the bottle was warm to the touch with hot water (as according to them, this was a sign the insulation was not working) - it was not warm but they only offered to replace the lid.

Absolutely disgraceful and appalling customer service. Would not recommend to anyone!

This is the best reusable coffee cup I have ever had- and I have tried a lot. Never leaks. Can be totally sealed shut. I’ve had it for over a year and it’s still working as well as when I first got it. I had an issue when cleaning I put the seal back in the wrong place- emailed the team and they replied the next day and solved the problem with some simple instructions. Great customer service. I will definitely order from here again. The coffee cups are expensive but totally worth it- I don’t need any of my other reusable cups from different companies that have all started to leak.

I love my bottle and it remains cold even in 30 degree heat. However, I'm not sure if this is an issue from my end but the lid starts to smell after 2 days of using it.

Ocean bottle are definitely doing their part in keeping our planet safe... Reduce, Re-use, Recycle. The Flasks are high quality, lovely choice of colours, personalised and lovely to hold!

12 months after purchasing two bottles one ‘flask’ appeared to fail. As they are used on a daily basis we made contact, by email, asking about warranty.Denis replied immediately and without hesitation replaced the part. Excellent service from a quality Company & product.

Great company. Brilliant ethos and so helpful when I broke part of my bottle and replaced it for free despite it being my fault.

The company has performed very well in resolving an issue with their product. I felt listened to and they resolved the issue fully with a simple set of messages with a single customer service rep. Nothing short of professional excellence.
Companies show their true customer service when things don't go to plan, they did very well here.

Good product, accessories are useful and create good modularity. Service was quick and accurate.

These are really fabulous water and coffee cups. The best I've ever used. The after sales service is amazing. My coffee cup which is in constant use for well over 2 years developed an issue with the seal.
I contacted Ocean Bottle and within 10 minutes they had a new lid on the way to me. Now that is excellent service. Lovely friendly emails. They are true to their word to save the oceans from plastic waste. My cup doesn't need thrown away thanks to them they are providing a new lid free of charge so I can carry on using it. Brilliant Company

A exceptionally high quality travel mug. Non leak proof lid (I tried) and 360 drinking lid make this a perfect daily work mug. The huge choice of colours is brilliant too and the option to engraved makes this the best travel mug I have come across. Most importantly, it fits in car cup holders!

The company was amazing in helping me resolve an issue where they were out of stock of one color wave. The ordering process was super easy.

The bottles are fantastic in terms of ergonomically designed well. They're great quality and look fab too. The customer service is exceptionally fast in answering any questions & I love that you can track your refills in the app with the bonus of it resulting in more plastic collected from our oceans. Everyone should have a Ocean Bottle.

Not a fan of fully metal bottles, so it was great to find a partially plastic version that's still much better for the environment.

Only downside is that you can't add the bottle to the app without nfc - my phone doesn't support this which is a shame.

I received an ocean bottle as a gift after lots of research. The cup is fantastic and keeps my strong coffee hot all day, keeping me steadily caffeinated and not needing to risk naff instant. The seal on the lid broke. I emailed customer support on Sunday afternoon, I received a reply before 9am Monday morning and after a couple of emails with more details a replacement was sent out before lunchtime. Brilliant product and fabulous customer service from Denis.
