Arrived very quickly, in plenty of time for Christmas. I’ve just had a “complaint” from the recipient that his tea was “too hot to drink” by the time he reached work (the highest praise, as it would have been cold by that point in his previous travel mug!). Sustainable, practical, does exactly what it promises!

Customer support are friendly and helpful but unfortunately that is the only positive I can give. The bottle leaks (don’t believe anything you read online about it not leaking) and right now I can’t drink from it without loosening the cap. I’ve checked the gaskets, straw, each part individually etc but it won’t work. You could buy a £5 bottle from a supermarket that wouldn’t have these issues.

Great brand and ethics and I wish I could continue to support, but unfortunately a complete waste of £36.

Sehr schlechter Lieferservice! Es wird zwar Plastik aus dem Meer gerettet, aber für den Transport über x-Länder und tausende Kilometer, sowie der Produktion wird Unmengen an CO2 verbraucht… macht das Sinn ?

The buying process is seamless. I've bought several bottles, and they continue in good shape, with no leaks, which is my primary interest.

It’s been 16 days since I made an order and still no sign of bottle being shipped. Service agent advised it will be shipped ‘soon’. This supposed to be Christmas gift and ‘soon’ isn’t good enough. This is very bad customer experience. Pity I haven’t read 1 star reviews before placing an order as it seems it’s the practice. According to the company website EU delivery takes 3 to 6 days. The expectations need to be manage better and correct timing listed on the website. I feel cheated by supposedly highly accountable company. Shame

Leak proof and keep drinks cool. However, do not keep drinks as hot as I would like ( as stated in advertising blurb). Despite saying ( in the advertising) coffee and tea would not leave a residual odour, it does even after a dishwasher wash. Really only useful for cold water.

Nice-looking bottle; water tastes good in it, too. Had other bottles with a metallic taste. Also, it is excellent that it is environmentally friendly. A bit pricey though.

I have bought from Ocean Bottle a few times and has always been excellent service. This time upon ordering there was an issue with product supply, but they contacted me at the soonest and resolved the situation swiftly and efficiently to my satisfaction. Very polite also. Would still purchase another Ocean Bottle!

Very impressed by fast service, packaging and the design and quality of the bottle itself. I’m immunocompromised so particularly appreciate being able to open and close the drinking spout without actually touching the area which goes in the mouth. Also appreciate being able to clean it in the dishwasher. Only slight quibble is that the straw and mouthpiece seem to absorb the lemon scent from our dishwasher tabs. Will buy different ones next time!
