I was having trouble with my bottle leaking so I went to the website where I discovered I could reach out to someone at the company to describe the problem. Someone got back to me in a few hours and addressed the issue. My bottle is now working great and I’m so impressed by the quick response! It was all about a gasket placement.

I love the bottle, it's exactly what I was looking for. The size, the combination of small and big opening (easy cleaning), the sustainability (was really nicely packaged), the colors.
This review I'm writing is additionally because of really nice support (with Denis). I was stupid enough to not clean the gaskets fast and good enough, so there appeared some mold on them (which will happen with any gasket on such a bottle if you leave sugary-water rests in it without proper cleaning - so very much not an Ocean Bottle issue and probably also not that much with plain water). Support was really fast and nice to help me out find a solution for this and I can now use it again without worry (and clean it better).

Excellent customer service from Denis. Extremely fast replies and issue resolved satisfactorily in less than 24 hours. Great products too. Highly recommend, I’ll use again!

It's been said before but seriously this is The Best Water Bottle Ever!
The Ocean Bottle is the best water bottle - it keeps cold water cold for hours, ice lasts overnight, the separate parts make it super easy to clean, fits perfectly into my handbag and my car, easy to get ice into the container. Wow! What a great product! And every bottle does good things for the ocean and the environment! This company is worthy of all the accolades going. Immediate response and prompt action to an enquiry. Free replacement parts. Super helpful staff. Thank you!

Don't care how many turtles are saved; if you're charging almost £40 for a travel mug, the outer material shouldn't show signs of visible wear after one month.

Very pleased with the quality of the bottle.
The only negative is that it took over a week to receive my bottle when it said 2 to 3 days. On a positive to Ocean Bottle they did quickly respond when l emailed about my order.

Their bottles are fantastic, really easy to clean and last forever. The only reason I had to replace mine after 3 years was because I lost it!

I had a problem with the seal on my replacement bottle and the team were great to deal with and sorted out a replacement really quickly. Great customer service, which is rare these days.

I have had my bottle for 2 years and use it every day. It’s built to last and after I’d lost a seal for the lid Ocean Bottle replaced it for me with ease. I highly recommend this product and this company!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Rhe Support Team answered my Mail in less than an hour and cancelled the wrong order for me without any trouble!

I ordered a water bottle and travel cup on the 1st January. I contacted them yesterday for an update on my order as it hadn’t even shipped by this point. I was told the warehouse is closed over Christmas and technical hiccups had meant a further delay. I have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. Exceptionally poor service and lack of communication.
