I received my order just before the bank holiday and wore the outfit on my birthday and I have never received more compliments! The pieces are beautifully made and extremely good quality. My order took less than a week to arrive, overall extremely happy with my experience and purchase!

Awful customer service. I purchased a suit for $300 July 4- haven’t received it and very little response via email. I’m so upset I wasted my money and will reach out to PayPal to open a case. This company needs to be shut down.

Clothing could be better quality, but it's alright. Awful service though! I am still waiting for 330£ worth of refund/ store credit from 2021.
In June 2021, I made an order for 610£. One item was too short and unflattering, so I returned it ON TIME. In their T&C it said that I can exchange for anything they have, so I wanted to exchange for Callie swimsuit.
They refused, as they said it's not in stock, and would have to be made to order, and gave me a list with a leftover stock they have ready to ship. There was nothing I liked, nothing that would suit me.
After I said I don't mind waiting for the swimsuit, as I was travelling, they started ignoring my e-mails.
Because I had a lot of going on in the past year, finally I forgot about the issue and just remembered now they owe me still 330£ for my return!!!!! I e-mailed them, but of course no answer for past 10 days! Atrocious!

We are pursuing a case for our money back for very expensive goods which were not of a suitable size. We ordered the dress in March 2022 and have still much difficulty in contacting them as there is no phone number and only email. I see many others on here have been let down too. We are going to pursue our case.

Don’t ever buy from this company I don’t ever want anyone to have to loose their money & deal with these people.
I ordered over £1800 worth of items and I received one. Yes one, after contacting them multiple times asking where my items were I had no response not on Instagram not on email, nothing - I have a following on Instagram and outed them to which wow all of a sudden I got a phone call and multiple what’s apps and a Instagram message saying they’ll deal with my issue, at that point I was already going through a PayPal case to claim my money back. They promised me they’d send my items, to which I said I no longer wanted and I wanted a refund - then I heard nothing!!
I got my refund 30days later via PayPal thank god however that is a long time to wait for a lot of money and it took me to having to name them on social media to get a response and then when I said I didn’t want their items I then Hear nothing again!! Awful company, awful customer care.

Not sure why there are bad customer service reviews - people must be calling the wrong number! I have always had amazing experiences with Oceanus. The products are amazing and i’ve always received swift and polite responses from the company. Will be making many more orders.

Oceana swimwear have a great products and my daughter love the product and love the swim Suit from them in addition to that their service was superb I recommend it to anyone to buy from them

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with these people. They lied that my item was ready to ship and the customer service throughout the delay has been appalling. I also tried to rent a piece via Hurr Collective and had an equally appalling experience. Terrible company.

I purchased a swimsuit for my partner on 21st May. Received the item this week and she is very happy with the order.

Always happy and satisfied by the products and they have an excellent customer service.

Took a while to recieve my bikini as they are made to order but it was worth the wait! Beautiful pieces and amazing quality so happy

The WORST customer service ever. If you have an issue with your order they will just read your messages and never get back to you, they told me that they updated my adress to my new adress Wich was a lie because it’s on its way to the uk after I asked them to change it to Dubai. They told me they did, after that I reached out countless times to make sure. They kept reading the messages and not responding. They didn’t listen at all. Very frustrating customer service if you can even call it that I don’t think they have any to be honest.

Customer service matches the quality of items - one star is too generous!

This is the worst company I have ever purchased something from. Zero customer service, and poor product. I saved up for months, finally purchased my dream suit, and waited. And waited. And waited. No notice that it was being constructed, no notice that it was taking longer than usual, no notice saying it was shipping, nothing. At the three week mark I reached out inquiring. A week later I had a response, basically scolding me because they are “hand made to order” and “takes time”. Over an entire month went by. I reached out again to be sure it was at least in the que to be made. No response at all. I finally received it in the mail at 1.5 months (and I was lucky, judging by these other reviews) and after all the money, all the issues with trying to contact them, with customer service, this suit is at best, underwhelming. There is no structure to the top. It’s flimsy velvet -like material that doesn’t stay put or keep shape. The clasp at the back doesn’t close like a puzzle piece, it barely stays together. The jewelry was placed so close to the seem that is scraped my skin in between my thighs. I’m 5’1 and 110 pounds, it’s not my body, it’s the suit. They are very good with their marketing but their product sucks and is NOT worth 325$. They should invest in customer service and in a research team, so they can figure out how to make the product better or they will not exist much longer. Also the no refund policy is cute and makes them seem exclusive but it will only drive customers away due to their inability to execute a solid product.

I placed an order 3 months ago and have received nothing. I have tried contacting them several times to absolutely no response. They have zero customer service. I don't know what to do at this point.

UPDATE: today is June 3rd and I still have not received my order. I asked to cancel but they wouldn't let me as they said it was already shipped but the tracking just wasn't added online. Sketchy.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. I ordered March 22nd. I still haven’t received the order. When I email customer service it takes them a week to respond & they are very vague. They do not give ETAs. They also say each item takes 2-4 weeks to make but this is NOT advertised on their website.

Whilst the swimwear is beautiful the sizes are all over the place and their customer service is non existent. I waited over a month for my order, when it arrived it didn't fit (despite the last order I placed in this size fitting fine). Having returned the garment for a replacement I have now been waiting for over a month for the replacement. In fact I have no idea if this is even in hand as they do not respond to emails and there is no contact telephone number.

5 months after my order I still got nothing. I messaged them several times but hardly get an answer. Dont order if you need swimwear in the next couple of months. Swimwear is made in India and they dont have a lot in stock.

This is by far the worst retail brand I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with, and it's still on-going. I ordered the Marina one piece swimsuit. In total with international shipping and taxes, I paid about $418. I made my order 2 months ago. I haven't even gotten an update for the shipment of my order. I've reached out countless times to their customer service, which is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Their customer service is horrible. They're currently ignoring my emails asking for an update on my order, or at least a refund for not having received what I paid for. I feel scammed out of spending $400 for nothing, and on top of that being ignore by uncoorperative customer service. I noticed other people experiencing the same frustrations in their instagram comments, but they continuously delete customers comments that complain about not receiving their order. I do not trust this brand and highly recommend not shopping here unless you want your money stolen
