As a finance broker, it's difficult to navigate a specialist lending sector such as a heavy refurbishment space, but Octane make it extremely easy. Brilliantly skilled sales and underwriting teams that assist you along the way with high end expertise and a can do attitude, something that is somewhat a rarity in lending these days. They work with you to find solutions and not problems, which is undeniably refreshing in the all aspects of lending currently. I couldn't recommend Octane more, and I'm looking forward to working with them for many more years to come with clients!

We had a time sensitive deal with a client. Shrena and Dan got the deal through credit swiftly, and worked with both sets of solicitors through the bank holiday weekend to make sure the legal process was completed within 6 working days in order to meet the deadline. Both of them were on hand to respond to any calls or emails immediately, and dealt with any minor issues in a pragmatic manner. Really smooth process.

As a mortgage broker, I found Octane to be very flexible which is very important in my line of work and the lady that I was dealing with, Donna House was extremely helpful and did all she could to ensure completion took place on time.
