A mortgage lender that is adaptable and flexible, able to act quickly and professionally. More importantly than that, they are not robots and you are able to pick up the phone and speak with their credit underwriters directly.

Always good to work with a lender with a Can Do attitude. A complex deal that required a lender with a common sense underwriting process rather than a tick box exercise.

Responsive and flexible.
Octane are a professional outfit. Gemma, Mark, Mike and Josh are all very responsive. The urgency they show to push deals to completion is not usually found in underwriting (shout out to Gemma!).

After a valuation almost scuppered the deal I asked for a shorter term than normal to get enough cash on day one to get the deal over the line. Gemma was able to agree some flexibility on their normal terms saving a £1m + bridging deal.

Francesca & Dan were fantastic from start to finish, this was a difficult case so it was great to deal with Octane

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Octavia Capital, my exit changed at short notice, and I needed to refinance my development loan within 2 weeks. Josh and Graham was extremely efficient and ensured the process was moving at all times. Octane are one of the best in market.
