I had an issue with a plugin on my online store and couldn't fix it by myself. Reached out to Octolize support and Jakub took care of it. Would recommend if you're looking for support that actually solves things instead of just responding to emails.

I was unable to use their Woo Commerce service, due to a change in direction on our e commerce site. I sent a request through their website to request a refund.

They responded immediately and were very professional and polite. This is a good company that responds to its customers.

Octolize offer a range of well-designed and very powerful shipping plugins. I was told that my store set-up was impossible in WooCommerce, but I was able to get it working smoothly once I found them. They also have fantastic, friendly support available to help with the set-up or any issues that arise.
Whatever your WooCommerce shipping requirements, I would always start with Octolize.

As a small, new charity, every spend has to be justified and sustainable. Highlight is the customer service, we have recommended some plugins and tried to use the distance calculator, but unfortunately couldnt make it work.
