I have been waiting for my T-shirt for almost a month. The service is so unsatisfactory. I could not even upgrade my delivery options to ship through FedEx or UPS as I would have paid the extra charge. This is the worst experience just for a T-shirt. I’m not going to buy any more products from this company.

Ordered five, sent one, it’s wrong
Ordered five shirts. They sent one, and it wasn’t actually the shirt I ordered. “Ships 3-5 days” but the remaining shirts haven’t shipped after 8.
Edit: to clarify, the shirt that shipped to me was supposed to be a black tree in a green circle. What I got was cats dressed up as Star Trek characters. We’ll see what, if anything, arrives in the mail today.

Bad reviews written too early.
I've read alot of bad reviews about them, and thought I was one of them. Their tracking is not accurate and shipping is slower than what they say. I got what I ordered, it wasn't too much longer. I'd say most, if not all of the reviews are written before the product arrives. My tracking said it had been delivered a week earlier, in the U.S., I live in N.Z. That might have something to do with it.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Purchased several shirts for my son for his birthday over two weeks ago. While some things claim to have been ‘shipped’ nothing has arrived. They have been sitting somewhere in NY marked as ‘delivered to front door’ - meanwhile I live in Canada. Will be disputing with my CC company.
When I emailed to enquire, I was told they were at an ‘international mail sort facility.’ I’ve read of others experiencing the same problem. Buyer beware.

Truly terrible experience
Truly terrible experience, would give 0/5 if I could. I order some items on on April 20th for my wife for Mother's Day. When placing the order I read the information about allowing them 5-10 business days to fulfill the order. After 10 business days I sent an email checking in, and was just told the please give us the 5-10 business days to fulfill. On May 20th I emailed again to cancel and refund my order and this was the response "Thank you for reaching out, and we are truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. We completely understand your concern. It appears your item may be out of stock, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of updates on our end. We’ve now escalated this to our management for immediate confirmation so we can provide you with accurate information and the best solution as quickly as possible. We’re doing our best to resolve this for you, and we will follow up with an update as soon as we have the final details. Thank you for your patience, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, Key"
I then received no further correspondence but did receive a shipping notification after I started I no longer needed nor wanted the order. It has now been a week since receiving the shipping notification but the "tracking link" is not a link. Honestly truly terrible company to deal with, seeing other reviews now I don't know how they are even in business.

They claimed they were delivered but my packages but there wad nothing at my house, in my mailbox or at my neighbors by accident; even thiugh the tracking number claims it was here. Not as bad as what others seem to think 🤔
Looking at their website, I was impressed with the tees they have, so I placed an order for one. Afterwards, I started reading all these negative reviews about them and started to panic. To my surprise, I received the shirt in 6 days and I love it. I'm not sure why so many have had bad experiences with them, but I am satisfied. The only negative thing that I would say about about them is that the items are a little pricey. Other than that, I am a happy customer.
