I had a great experience with Official London Theatre's Kids Week booking service. After purchasing tickets for The Little Mermaid, I accidentally lost my confirmation email and was worried I wouldn't be able to access my tickets. Their team was incredibly helpful, quickly located my booking, and reissued the tickets without any fuss.

The customer service was friendly, efficient, and reassuring, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. It's great to know there's such responsive support behind the booking process.

I had to rearrange my show tickets 2 days before the event. I had the pleasure of corresponding with Amy who was very helpful and pleasant. I was able to rearrange my show for a date that was convenient. Thank you so much Amy!

I booked tickets to take my niece to Six but booked for the wrong week. The team quickly helped me to change my booking. I then had a problem with the refund but they sorted that quickly and speedily kept in very good communication with me about what was happening giving me all the information I needed.

Amy was amazing, she managed to help us move our tickets so we could watch the performance with our favourite actor in it!

My work schedule changed last minute and I could no longer make it to a booked show. Amy very kindly stepped in to help and managed to refund me so I could book on another available day. Forever grateful for your help!

Excellent service when trying to change tickets for a show. Really prompt and helpful communication and I was able to switch my tickets for a different date and get a refund on the original tickets.

I booked tickets for the hunger games and then realised I needed extra - the team Amy / Danielle were so helpful in enabling me to cancel the ones I had and still get the discount for Kids Week. The children really enjoyed it and our extra ticket was able to be purchased at the same price. It’s these small things that make life less stressful. A pleasant and can do attitude was much appreciated. The show was great too!
