Danielle was really helpful in helping me adjust a booking made in error on the wrong day

I paid £160 on 2 tickets for Hamilton, they were not "restricted view" tickets, I had a huge person sat in front of me and I cold barely see the stage at all, they have refused to do the right think and offer me any kind of refund or tickets to see the show again, I go to the theatre regularly and have never had this kind of experience, very very poor customer service, they just take you money and run

Great offers from OLT daily and New Years offers. Booked theatre for next year and friend unable to attend due to unexpected important hospital appt. They kindly agreed a refund of his ticket within an hour. Very impressed with empathy and brilliant customer service.

Wonderful service. I somehow booked the wrong date. To compound matters I then booked the correct date rather than contact OLT customer services to see if they could change the booking. Amy was brilliant and sorted everything out efficiently and managed to refund the booking. Thanks Amy you’re a star.

Two seniors from USA on holiday in London. Looked forward to seeing Operation Mincemeat but needed a special assist with ticketing. Amy at London Theatre could not have been more helpful or professional. Due to her efforts we enjoyed excellent seating and had a wonderful experience.

The discounts are good, but the system not great. There isn't anyone to call if you are trying to book on the website, and I was trying to buy the last ticket in the theatre but it kept telling me I couldn't leave a single seat. I wanted to buy one ticket and it was the only seat available. This is a system error that is not acceptable if you wish to visit the theatre alone.

After making a mistake in booking I contacted official London theatre immediately and they were able to reply in a quick and helpful manner, with instructions on how to rectify the issue. Amy, was most helpful

We used Official London Theatre to book tickets to The Producers, which was a very easy and efficient process. However we were unable to get to London on the booked dates due to our son requiring surgery for a broken leg. I contacted the company to explain the situation and Chloe and Danielle were incredibly helpful; friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to move the tickets and the whole experience was an exemplar of excellent customer service.
