Absolutely amazing service from OG Repairs! They replaced the HDMI port, gave the console a deep clean, and even replaced the thermal paste—all within just 2 hours! What really stood out was the communication: they sent detailed videos of the entire process through WhatsApp, which gave us total peace of mind. Bought my ps5 there for repairs they told me it would be done,and that i can come back for it in 3 hours , true to there word it was finish they sent me a video of my ps5 fully working, very professional great service guys

I had to get my son's PS5 controllers repaired and stumbled on this company after a Google search.

From the minute I called their office I felt the trust in their communication, and decided to drop off the controllers with them. Though I could have gotten it slightly cheaper done through an auction site online, I chose to use their services.

I was at their office, and waited for the repairs. Both of them were very professional and were perfect gentlemen and I wouldn't trade that to save a pound or two elsewhere.

I took my PlayStation 5 to two places for it to fixed after i had a problem with the board. i received bad news from these two places that my console was not repairable. i took it to OG repairs and they did everything possible to get this fixed and even delivered it for free. OG repairs is the best trust me, thank you guys

Absolutely outstanding service. Informative communication from start to finish. Extremely efficient turn around. I arrived at 10ish, indulged in a quite frankly amazing blueberry muffin and a well executed latte and within an hour of being met and informed of the repair method, I was given a full demonstration of one fully functioning and warranted PS5 Controller. I returned home to a very happy son, who, at 18, doesn't tend to communicate with us parents much but I certainly got chapter and verse on how much better it was and how impressed he was with it.
Overall a service I cannot recommend enough and I am sure to return for the Muffins if nothing else.

Brilliant results and exceptional value, the guys here are super speedy and really knowledgeable. My son had issues with two PS5 controllers, the dreaded stick drift was affecting one and the other needed a deep clean. Both problems were fixed within two hours (versus the 5-7 days quoted by the competition) and guaranteed for 12 months. We had a full explanation of the issues and the guys were so generous with their time and expertise, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again. 100% recommend.

Excellent and super fast service. Controller had drift stick issue. I went for the Hall effect upgrade. Went to drop it in to the office and it was ready to collect in the evening. I will be coming back with my other controller soon.

OG has been the best decision Ive made going to them.. my PlayStation was making noise and the controller was not connecting well.. once I got in contact with them I had quick response to my messages and once I sent my console it was dealt straight away as i received it back in 3 days.. excellent customer service

My PS5 had a hdmi issue as the cable was accidentally pulled out abruptly and this damaged the port. Ended up with no display. I requested a quote from OG Repairs and they had provided an excellent and speedy service for great value. Would highly recommend, and would come again for other repairs.
