If I could give a 0 star I would I ordered the sunflower solar lights and I pee through Affirm never got the solar lights. I’ve been fighting with a firm for six months now Octa light never responds and returns my calls or emails not my calls because they’re in China. You can never call them. There are lousy lousy customer service lousy, lousy company. I never received my order yet. They want to charge me for it which I will never pay. I’ve been fighting with Affirm since May I never received my order and Octilight will not answer email and I will not pay

I have been a long-time client and have made several purchases.. they have always been seamless. I recently purchased an ArkPro Ultra flashlight for my LEO son for work. I, unfortunately, erred in my selection of delivery address. I reached out to Olight and Canada Post. Canada Post required more information, and I reached out to Vicky from Olight. She immediately went about providing me with a detailed tracking number and offered to send a replacement if the situation was not resolved. Armed with this new information, I re-connected with Canada Post, and in short order the flashlight arrived at my door. I want to thank Vicky and the Olight team for going above and beyond for me.

I bought one of those AAA O stations. After a couple of weeks it quit working but I sent them a picture of the red light and they immediately sent me a replacement no questions no receipt no nothing I am definitely switching from Nebo to olight.
This was a very pleasant surprise normally dealing with customer service from different companies is not that Pleasant. Olight is different they are a company that stands behind their products with customer feedback and product improvements. They are a company that's just going to get better over time

The worst customer service. Package has been lost and has not updated for days, still cannot get a refund or replacement. It takes forever just to get by the silly chat bot to reach a human. Lost my business

10 days since I put in and order and it still hasn't shipped. How can they think that's okay lol?

The Ostation 2 pro is great. Could have some minor improvements but it´s great.
It makes me very dissapointed that it´s cheaper to buy it now after kickstarter rather then on the internet.
Will never kickstart anything more from Olight. Doubt I will order anything from them in the future.

Je suis passé par l'application olight pour acheter une warrior 3s. Que des bonnes surprises. L'application donne accès à des promotions, des cadeaux, j'ai pu avoir ma lampe avec la gravure laser gratuite, une tête d'impact à 2€ et un petit patch en cadeau. le tout à moins de 100€ et expédié en moins de 24h donc reçu très rapidement ! niveau qualité rien à dire, c'est du olight, le packaging est soigné, la lampe est dingue et je l'ai tous les jours avec moi

Ordered 5/2 including mother's day (10th) gift...its now 5/18 and it's still sitting in processing! Site says they typically ship within 2 days. I sent a question through the app several days ago and no reply!!
Where is my order?

Contrairement à tout les avis que je peux lire , je suis super satisfait de la qualité et du service client Olight .

Depuis 6ans en ma possession d'un modèle warrior X pro , celle ci m'ayant lâchée .
Je les ai contacté, directement ils m'ont fourni un bordereau d'envoi pour leur renvoyer pour une éventuelle réparation.

Deux jours après ,une réponse de leur part pour m'annoncer qu'elle n'est pas réparable.
Ils m'ont proposé sois un remboursement en monnaie virtuelle sur leur site où bien le modèle supérieur x4 en remplacement. Chose que j'ai fait.

Donc au final un service client au top , une qualité super je recommande

pour le moment elle sont excellente. elle ont l’air de bonne facture et garantie à vie. pour la marauder j’ai profité d’une promo sur amazone.

Garbage, I paid alot of money for a supposedly strong good flash light, and the dimmer comes on constantly now not allowing. 8 emails with customer service and they are giving me the runaround. Stay away from this brand, Chinese customer service, they send you instructions in chinese to try to resolve it. DO NOT BUY OLIGHT !

Je fais les démarches envers plight et PayPal mais aucun n'assume: normal Olight sont des voleurs

£100 on an Olight Warrior.Assumed at that price it would last. Has packed up. Olight won’t repair it and tell me it’s out of warranty. Have offered 20% off a new one which is offered on line anyway. Avoid

Je possédais une lampe Warrior Xpro depuis fin 2020 m'en étant servi à peu prés une heure en 5 ans mais cette lampe avait ce que je considère comme un défaut elle était systématiquement déchargée quand je voulais m'en servir.J'ai tenté de recharger la batterie sans succès j'ai mis une batterie similaire plus rien. Après contact du SAV ceux ci m'ont pris la lampe en garantie et après expertise ils m'ont proposé ou le remboursement ou un avoir j'ai commandé la nouvelle Warrior X4 .Un grand bravo au SAV pour l'ensemble de leur démarches

I placed a order for over 300 dollars! Paid for insured and rapid delivery! I sat home all day when I got a email saying it was delivered! It was not! I then called olight and they told me to basically kick rocks and to take it up with fed ex!? Which is there responsibility, not mine! So 300 dollars poorer and still no flashlight or acknowledgement of there screw up! DO YOURSELF AND YOUR STRESS LEVELS A FAVOR AND SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! They literally just want your money and ince they have it, nothing else is there problem!! Unprofessional, with absolutely no integrity!

Worst customer experience ever. They sent my original order to my old address which I cannot go back to, so lost that item, I tried to buy it again and they made a mess of my address, so have lost that one too. The store just said it was all my fault tough S**t. great lights, but don't get it from them direct.

I bought the OLight Baldr-S laser/light for my S&W Shield 380 EZ. I bought it on the Amazon Olight Store page I think it was on a 2 day delivery. I had no problems getting the device. It's a 800 lumen LED/ green laser. I have to say I am a dumb as a rock novice when it comes to firearm gadgets. I did not realize the slide had a side that opened to allow you to lock it in place on the P rail with the lug attached. I couldn't get the thing mounted correctly and I discover screw head was stripped out round on the mount slide. I called customer service and told them I couldn't remove the lug because it was wormed out.... they immediately sent me an entire replacement slide no charge, no shipping, no hassles. I really didn't need the replacement part; I only needed a way to remove the set screw. I was pleasantly surprised by the way this company goes out a long way to earn your business. I have purchased a tactical light mount for my Mossberg 500 that works very well just because I know these guys will stand by the products. A+++

Voilà 2 commandes que je fais chez Olight et malgré la qualité de leurs lampes je dois avouer qu'ils prennent leurs clients pour des imbéciles.
Quasiment 200 euros dépensés chez eux et les 15 euros de coupons que j'ai reçu sont inutilisables car je ne peux pas les déduire d'un éventuel achat.
En gros 15 euros dont je ne pas bénéficier puisqu'ils sont valables jusqu'à la fin du mois.
JE VAIS ALLER CHEZ LA CONCURRENCE DORÉNAVANT,LEUR APPLICATION EST MEDIOCRE ET ILS SE MOQUENT DE LEURS CLIENTS AU LIEU DE LES FIDÉLISER.
TERMINÉ POUR MOI !!!!
