Ordered baton pro3. Worked great. Lost it. Ordered another. Shipped fast. I don't know about other people but I had zero problem on the site. Ordered what I wanted and it came in couple days. Expensive, yes. I dont mind paying for quality. I like the way it charges. It's tough and works as it should.

I had an Olighght S2R BATON II and it was awesome. But mine died. I contacted the company and got fast response. After a little back and forth we got it figured out and even though with errors on my end I was met with a complete replacement. Ellie with the Customer Service was very helpful.

Terrible web site. Does not work. Hard to navigate and points, awards, coupons hard to figure out.
Stuff missing from orders, can not get any answers from anybody, there is no customer service.
Not cheap, intresting, well made, but order from somewhere else. Pay More, but stick to American products with customer service.

This is just an LED flashlight/torch. The technology has been around now for more than a decade and this thing is no brighter than LED torches you can find on ebay for $12. Overpriced. Don't waste your money

Just checked out the web site after seeing a promotion. The web site is terrible. It's really annoying to navigate, and just doesn't work properly. None of the knives are UK legal. I'll shop elsewhere.

Yep, oddly enough, you can't checkout with Paypal. It locks up and then automatically cancels your order after the timeout period. My credit card was temporarily charged but immediately refunded when the payment did not finalize. I made new order using my direct credit card. We'll see if my order shows up. Who knows. I do like their flashlights products and have a few WPM Lights but I bought them from other vendor sites.

Received a defective new Marauder 2 light from Olight online store. After charging the light it would not turn on, after minutes of trying it turned on, but the brightness could not be adjusted. I tried contacting Oligh (2 calls/voice mails, 2 emails, 3 submissions through their website) it took them 2 weeks to respond with a generic email. Now they are making me jump through hoops to get a replacement for a $300 flashlight. Horrible service, B rating through BBB, do not buy.

Absolutely Chinese crap that takes forever to ship. Run don’t walk away from this seller.

Odin turbo is durable and mounts perfectly. However it is more of a specialized light for certain applications. Calling for Batman has never been so easy.

They tease with deals and then make you test out their terrible website without being able to checkout Expect double charges and endless spam

I will never order from this site again take your money in seconds but take forever to ship items their staff is literally trash never will I spend a penny here again exactly why I should of used Amazon

Do not send to Guernsey....paid and then told they won't deliver. Got refund fine.

I absolutely LOVE Olight! I've tried just about every midrange ($50 to $300) Flashlight company for every day carry lights and NO ONE comes close to the value, durability and performance of Olight! In my opinion you cannot get a better Flashlight for edc! I know alot of people were understandably scarred away when a couple of their lights resulted in people getting hurt due to the light being on high mode in their pockets and lights combusting due to use of improper batteries by the consumer. Well, the pitch forks came out quickly and people who never even tried them jumped on the hate train saying they were super dangerous, unreliable and simply not good. Nothing could be further from the truth. Olight went above and beyond to add safety features because of a few random accidents. The perceived faults were fortified and they're even safer now!
Again, I use their lights EVERY DAY without issues and they work EXCELLENT! I can't recommend them enough. If you are on the fence because of some derogatory meme or clearly biased article you read, do yourself a favor and at least TRY them out! You won't be sorry and in no time you'll have a bunch of different models like me just because you like them so much!
For new people I recommend the new and improved Warrior Mini 2 which is in my opinion the very best every day carry pocket light that can fit in your pockets and be deployed quickly! It's a true gem!

3 months to get a refund.. Literally ordered and returned November 2020.. last year! I got my refund today March 11th 2021. The new light works fine but I will never order from them again. Not to mention their lights are made in China.. so I'll no longer help them support the CCP indirectly.

I purchased some items during the flash sale. My order was promptly delivered with spot on communication throughout.

Extremely Poor customer service.
They will not respond. Very poor experience.

Do NOT buy from Olight - you will be disappointed like me.

Mediocre and overpriced. Even during flash sale, still not worth the money. Please beware, it's not a USA company, it's 100% Chinese.
