I've been using them for a few years and had no problems. They are extremely helpful, they recommended me what plate size I would need to convert some skates and it worked out perfectly. Very good shop with friendly staff and fast delivery time. Highly recommended.

Ordered my custom skates and received them next day, great customer service.
Me and my wife love the skates and they fitted perfectly as advised by Oli"s skate shop.
Always confusion with skate sizes but with the Bauer custom skates, me and the missus's ordered our actual shoe size and they fitted perfectly, sizes being a size 5 & 11.

I bought some Bauer xlp skate conversions on Saturday evening arrived this morning.(Wednesday) Very happy with there service I emailed to change a couple of bits with the order on the Sunday an they responded straight away. Top company to deal with 👌🏼

Yesterday I ordered a couple of sets of knee and elbow pads, and got an email late in the night saying they didn’t have the ones I wanted in stock yet.

Alison was the person that emailed me and she said they could replace them with a similar pad or they could refund, or I could simply wait and I chose to replace them, everything was quick and easy and I was impressed with how attentive Alison was to reply to my emails.

I tend to like to ask questions and don’t usually get such good customer service so I wanted to leave this review to outline how outstanding the customer service was,

Olis skate shop has gotta be one of the best skating shops in the UK. they have a massive selection of skates and accessories. great customers service over the phone. and the orders are really quick too.

Great shop, quick turn around and when they didn't have my first choice colour of laces they contacted me gave me my second choice and threw in a spare pair for good measure. Order was processed very quickly and fully tracked delivery too. Perfect!

Excellent service, excellent knowledge, Alison went above and beyond to answer all our questions, 1 set of custom built quads and some new wheels & bearings for my old pair of quads. Very happy with everything.

Absolutely amazing sevice i would highly recommend. I ordered my daughter some skates off of ebay. When they turned up they were broken. I have no knowledge of skates myself so apart from a bit of googling i had no idea how to repair them and no shops local to help. I emailed Olis Skate shop and from start to finish Alison was amazing. I was nervous buying online as i had no idea what i was on about and all the way through Alison assured me that the right parts had been sent and even offered to fit it if i couldnt do it myself. Despite lots of questions from myself i always had a lovely quick response and now finally thatns to Alison at Olis Skate Shop my daughter is off and skating. Thank you so so much 😀
