I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Their clothes are staples of my wardrobe and last well. Delivery is always fast. I had an issue with a dress before Christmas and they sent me a replacement straight away. Recommend.

An expensive dress I wore once....on the sofa, and found a hole in it. Because I had cut the tags off that morning, I was told no refund or replacement. I understand they have a policy etc but I'm gutted. I had hoped for this dress for months and I know I didn't tear it! Won't be ordering again or recommending.

Customer service is dreadful.
I strongly suspect my order was stolen by the delivery driver. I contacted Olive, hoping they would be at the very least sympathetic. However, their response was to teeter on the edge of calling me a liar- “Royal Mail’s tracking information is more robust”. “More robust”? Than what? A complaint from a now EX regular customer? Very sadly I won’t be shopping with Olive again, not because they didn’t replace my order, but because their attitude made me feel horrible and worthless as a customer.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE
Aside from the quality being absolutely awful for this price point and the fits of the clothes being wildly inaccurate and way off any other clothing brand, where you will truly run into issues is with their bizarre returns policies and down right condescending customer service. My trousers that I ordered did not fit and the returns window had ended due to me being busy I could not make the window, after emailing they had granted me another 72 hours to return and I would receive store credit. Upon returning they had found a receipt in the pocket where it had fallen out of my wallet while trying on the trousers and testing the pocket depth. They had now started saying that due to this being in the extra granted time to return this was no longer acceptable (implying that if I had returned it in the time beforehand, this would all have been okay). They had ultimately changed their returns policy without telling me, conversing with them resulted in them sending the most contradictory messages that were truly bizzare.

Clothes don't fit unless you're a twig, and my return was refused. Guess I'll turn it into dishcloths. Never buying again. Really not worth the money to be treated this badly.

Avant dernière commande, un manteau défectueux, je demande sagement que l’on m’envoie de nouveaux boutons + qu’un retour sec. Aucune réponse. Besoin de relancer pour obtenir une réponse. Plus d’un mois pour recevoir une lettre… VIDE !

Sizing was completely wrong and customer service awful. No refund or exchange offered. Will not be shopping here again.

Very disappointing quality!
I bought a dress from them like £69. This fabric was incredibly thin and the stitches was messy. I kept it because I like the pattern but honestly I wouldn’t buy anything again because the quality was horrific.
The inner skirt was really tight and it broke when I got on the bus. Honestly this is pretty much like what you can get from Shein.
I left a comment on their instagram about this then I found them deleted my comment.

Disappointing quality and ultimately a different product to the images.

The trousers I was delivered were completely different in colour to the images. So much so that I returned them thinking I was sent the wrong item. Same product second time round so unfortunately just bad images.

Customer service is very kind which is why I have given it 2 stars.

Quality is frankly disappointing too unfortunately. Not high quality fabrics and will not last long.

Never had to contact customer service as all my orders have been perfectly smooth transactions. They ship fast. I’ve been buying their knitwear for years now and am a fan of the quality, especially in the 100% wool materials that hold up. Their stock and inventory are a bit random and their website needs improvement in being able to sort and filter by better categories (shouldn’t have to go through pages of vests to find cardigans, etc). I also wish their product pages consistently have photos that show fit and cut of each item. I would order more items like outerwear and bottoms if they did.

I purchased a pair of trousers , after wearing these for one day the fabric had completely stretched to the point where I was unable to wear them as the waist band was now too too large . I expect fabric to stretch slightly but not to this extent . Customer service was disgraceful , offering no exchange or refund or any help at all . Really disappointed . I’d avoid the men’s wear of this brand .

I have bought many items from Olive and I love them all. The ones that weren't right for me, I was able to return very easily and refunded within a few days. Their customer service is excellent and I'm kept up to date with emails. The quality of the items I have received is excellent for the price.

Purchased a skirt recently and will definitely purchase another. Reminds me of late 70s early 80s chic. Gorgeous fabric and nicely made. Will definitely use again

I'm not sure why there are some bad reviews. I love Olive and have bought quite a few jumpers from them and never had a problem. The quality and fit is good and the items arrive within a few days. I'm impressed by the % of wool in their jumpers which are very warm.

Its so sad because the designs are lovely. Really poor quality, I bought two dresses and wore them once and the threads are unraveling! They were loose from the start and the dress is too baggy on me. Cost £65!!! Won't be buying anything again

I have bought may items from Olive and this is the first time I have needed the help of customer services. The phone number is dead and three messages via their chat have yet yo elicit a reponce - very disappointing.

Bought a "one size fits all" dress. Let me tell you, this is NOT for our busty girlies AT ALL. I'm a size 8/10 with fairly large whompers, and this thing wouldn't even cover my left nip. Should be called "one size fits all, but only if you're slim and have itty bitty tittys". Also just poor quality for the price. Loose threads, and really thin fabric. I really wanted to love it, but I was so disappointed 😞

Bought a pair of trousers from Olive, customer service was brilliant, gave me an update delivery and were extremely helpful about exchanging and getting a different size, they were also really quick at emailing me back every time. Trousers are perfect, really high quality, I would highly recommend Olive to other people and will definitely shop with them again.

ordered the yugi balloon pants for men in size L after i measured myself in full according to the description of the item, they qualify a 34" waist as L and said that if u were in between sizes always size up, the delivery was really quick and tracking always updated( even tho they use fedex and u cannot choose week-end days for delivery if you're not home). the issues start at fitting, the waist is too large, the fit too baggy (even if the baggy silhouette is the reason for purchase), legs too long. no free returns which i knew but was confident about the measurements, that i miticulously checked before buying. For the returns they said to pick an option with tracking but from france to UK shipping was 20 euros in addition to the 125 euros i paid for the jeans. they advise to mentionn that the package is returned marchandise with no commercial value but UPS asks for the invoice still ( waiting to see if it causes more border control fees). the quality of the jean itself is underwhelming, the black is more grey-ish due to a partial dye job and a lot of white threds are visible from underneath the dyed fabric, the denim is thinner than some pairs of thrifted jeans i purchased for 5 euros. the sizing is innacurate and the brand is over priced from the experience i had. they do have intresting cuts and silhouettes but it's not worth a blind buy if you never tried the items in real life.

I bought a pair of pants and they never arrived in my letterbox. Olive clothing doesn't want anything to do with it because, according to them, the carrier says it was delivered. So know that when you order, if the delivery person makes a mistake or decides not to drop off your package, you'll have no recourse because according to them it's your fault.

Customer service is bad and won't listen to me.
I lost 100€ and time arguing with them.
