Lovely colourful, quality products, well laid out store & good sized changing rooms. This has been my favourite Oliver Bonas store for several years & the sales assistants are usually lovely & helpful & polite. I’d of rated all previous experiences in this branch as 5 stars.
Sadly the assistant I dealt with today was rude & as a result I left the store without making a purchase. Will be frequenting other branches going forward.

Had an issue with an item and I contacted them and the customer service team was very helpful and dealt with the matter!
Recently visited the store in Watford with my husband to try on a dress I saw online. We were one of the first customers in the shop. When I picked the dress and asked to try it on, we were followed to the dressing room and the member of staff hovered nearby pretending to sort out a perfectly displayed rail of clothing. My husband signalled to me that someone was watching us. I don't know what caused the member of staff to do this, but we felt humiliated. I took the dress off and we left the shop. Not sure how I feel about returning or giving them my money! Not a satisfactory experience.

I’ve been served excellent customer service by Maya Rahim she was very thoughtful and sweet and helped me out a lot definitely best shopping experience I had!!! She should get a recognition for it !!
Just awful customer service and apathy - such a shame as products are good - but delivery and customer service and appalling - just total apathy to delivery and non delivery - over 20 emails and still no outcome - BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Really disappointed with my recent Oliver Bonas online order experience.
I spent a long time choosing a bag for an upcoming holiday, ordered well in advance, and then waited from 24th April until 6th May with no tracking updates from Evri other than that I’d be contacted once the parcel was out for delivery.
I waited patiently assuming the parcel was delayed, only to discover after contacting Oliver Bonas myself that the parcel was considered lost. No proactive contact was made to inform me, and I later found out their system apparently showed the item as delivered when it absolutely was not.
What disappointed me most was the lack of effort to resolve the issue once it became clear something had gone wrong. No replacement was offered, no attempt to resend via another courier or Royal Mail, and no goodwill gesture despite the inconvenience and the fact the bag was specifically for a holiday next week.
Instead, the outcome was essentially “sorry, here’s your refund in 5 days.”
For a company positioned as a premium high street retailer, I expected far better customer service.

In response to your reply how on earth is shipping clothes from the other side of the world ‘sustainable’?? You do it for cheap labour!! The clothing is extremely poor quality

I purchased an outfit to be delivered to my local post office for collection. When I received it the package which was soiled had already been ripped open the contents removed the packaging of one of the items slashed though nothing was damaged I contacted Oliver Bonas they didn’t care they said it was for me to resolve with the courier Evri who I’d already contacted and deferred me to Oliver Bonas.

The shops are lovely, the produce look good and most of the staff are nice. The problem for me is the items are very over-priced. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for good quality, however the clothes are rather disappointing re longevity. I don't have a single jumper from OB that didn't become bobbly after a few months. I was given a key ring and a bangle that both fell apart eventually (within months). My fave purchase has got to be an incense set but the sticks were short and didn't last as long as the cheap stuff I got elsewhere. If you want products that last don't shop here. Good luck!

I ordered quite a few items from this company in size 14 and found them to be too large (a nice surprise). I organised a free return but when I tried to order the items in a size 12, I found that one of the items and sadly the most expensive item was now back at full price having been at a reduced price previously. I telephoned the customer service and explained this to them and they said just to go ahead and place the order and then come back to them with the order number and they would then do a refund to my card of the difference. I found this an incredibly responsive and helpful position for them to take, additionally, one of the items was no longer available online, but the service representative telephoned round several of the local stores for me and found the item in my size in my nearest store and asked for a hold to be put on it, and I was able to go and purchase it in person.
I placed a further order for some other items and these were delivered to me but there were rips in the packet and it was sealed with tape at the top and I felt that someone had opened the package prior to my receiving it. I don’t know if this happened in the delivery depot however when I opened the package of five items, three items were missing. I again telephoned their customer service and explained all of this. I also reported it to the delivery company and immediately with no arguing or questions I was refunded for the three missing items again excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I’m from Germany and last week I discovered a beautiful skirt at the Oliver Bonas store in Dublin. Unfortunately, it was no longer available in my size. A very kind staff member helped me and even placed the order for me through their online shop, arranging to have the item shipped to Germany in the size I needed — and there were no shipping costs at all.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but not even a week later the package arrived. The skirt fits perfectly, and I’m absolutely delighted with this amazing service.
A big thank you to the friendly gentleman who assisted me — truly outstanding customer service. Since I visit Dublin regularly, I will definitely be coming back.
I ordered a pair of earrings for a wedding and received a lunch bag instead. I then sent back the lunch bag and reordered the earrings to then recieve the wrong item AGAIN. There is clearly an issue in the despatch team, perhaps carelessness.

Ordered goods in the sale - was told by EVRI that they would be delivered that day - still hadn't arrived 3 weeks later. contacted OB twice who were useless - they said they would follow it up - bit they didn't - they eventually said the parcel was lost and I should re-order but the items I wanted were sold out by then. Not a happy bunny

Un welcoming staff on entry and also when I asked about a item of clothing the girl was very rude. As much as I love oliver bonas, some of the staff at their Manchester store need to get over themselves you're putting good customers off. I won't be returning.

Parcel arrived with no issues, packaged well. Came with our regular Evri driver.
Then I got an email a few days later saying that Oliver Bonas had gotten in touch with Evri to say that I hadn’t received the shipment and that I had asked for it to be raised (completely incorrect and totally out of the blue!)
I told Evri it was incorrect, I received the package with no issues. Evri replied saying they’re sorry I didn’t get my parcel and our lovely local drivers manager will hear about it! Totally disgusting and this all stemmed from OB lying to Evri.
First and last time I’ll use this company. Clearly up to dodgy tricks.

Great customer service when returning a gift, and store in Leamington Spa were also very helpful
Made an order with next day delivery, it hasn’t arrived on time which is expected with Evri as they’re shocking. However, when I called I got through to Paige, a UK based representative. She is a credit to the company, empathising and helping me, plus refunding the delivery. Best customer service I’ve had for years - outstanding. I’ve ordered from Oliver Bonas before, had no issues and will use again. Thank you Paige
I ordered a bag on a Friday evening with Saturday delivery that is £6.95, it’s been 6 days and still hasn’t been processed this is because if you choose Saturday delivery and order after 5pm on a Friday, they won’t deliver it until the following Saturday, no communication, and the same price as next day delivery, this is severely disappointing and I won’t be buying from Oliver bonas again because my only do they lack any customer care but they are a profit focused company rather than the experience for their customers, the conditions of Saturday delivery need to be made clearer or take away completely, Oliver bonas is a scam, don’t bother, and way too expensive for what they produce.
