Although the shoes I ordered were the wrong size the customer service has been amazing, quick response, and I've been given multiple options for refund/exchange to ensure I am satisfied. Delivery was also quick.

I found the website easy to navigate and very informative. The shoes are exactly what I had been looking for as I have very high arches and plantar fasciitis. I wanted shoes that I could comfortably walk in that would give me enough support and be lightweight. The prices are very competitive and the choice is extensive. The customer service is second to none. Great communication. One reminder…to size up as they come up quite small.

I ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes for women, and they arrived within a week. Unfortunately, they were a little small, so I’d recommend sizing up. I emailed the company and received a response within just a couple of hours. They offered to send me a replacement pair without requiring me to return the original shoes — I only had to cover the shipping cost.
In the end, I ended up with an extra pair of shoes for the price of shipping, which worked out perfectly because I was able to gift them to a friend who they fit perfectly. I’m very impressed with the customer service. The shoes themselves are comfortable and provide excellent high arch support, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a pair of shoes they arrived within a week. Unfortunately they were a tad small (so I would recommend sizing up). I emailed the company, recieved a reply within a couple hours. They have offered to replace the shoes without me having to send them back! All I have to pay for is the shipping. So I have an extra pair of shoes for the cost of shipping. Lucky for me I have a friend who fit the shoes perfectly and was able to gift them. Very impressed with the customer service, and the shoes while a bit small do have a nice high arch support which is exactly what I was looking for.

This is the worst company in terms of return items. I bought a pair of trainers which is small and I want to return it,but a person from customer service advice that either I am paying the returning fee and they will return the value of the shoes less 15% or they will return me only 40%. I do not agree with none of the options as I when I placed the order I payed the full price and not partially.
AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered my usual size but they are too small. I contacted Omega Walk who responded with a solution, they would send me a larger size if I paid for the shipping, I could keep the shoes I already had as it would cost a lot to ship them back. When I responded with my size etc they had another solution for me, I could leave a 5 star review and I would get my new order free of charge. So here I am leaving a 5 star review in the hope that I will receive my order. It seems quite an unorthodox way of doing things and although I am writing this in good faith I have no guarantee that I will receive the shoes. That said, they have been very friendly and prompt with the replies.

ordered from Omega Walk a month ago, but my order never arrived. I contacted them repeatedly for three weeks, sending emails every other day, but all I received were automated replies. I really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. This store feels like a scam — I would not recommend ordering from them.

Ordered orthopaedic trainers, took 2 weeks to arrive! They are cheap to big and useless. Been offered a 30% refund, I will never order from this company again and strongly advise no one else does!!! Not even worth 1 star ⭐️

Product quality is outstanding, and the delivery was fast. The comfort of the shoes are great for standing on your feet all day.

The cushioning still feels the same, the shape hasn't warped, and nothing feels like it's weakening. That's where the real quality shows. It's not about looking expensive—it's about performing consistently. And in that sense, these feel like they're built for real use, not just for appearance.

The company were very good at communicating. There was an issue with sizing but they were quick to find a resolution.

I had never ordered from Omega before. I work two jobs and at both i’m constantly on my feet, I had seen such good things about them so I said why not! I have yet to actually try them on at work because I ordered the wrong size and still waiting on my new ones to be sent to me! Shipping took a while so hopefully it’s worth it!!

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from this site and was genuinely impressed with both the quality of the product and the customer service experience. The shoes arrived quickly were beautifully packaged and looked exactly as pictured- stylish,well made and great quality.
Unfortunately the fit came up smaller than expected in my usual size so I would definitely recommend sizing up if you're between sizes or unsure. However what really stood out was the excellent customer service experience. I contacted the team by email and received a prompt, friendly and helpful response straight away. They were understanding about the sizing issues and quickly offered a solution, making the whole process stress-free and reassuring.
Despite the sizing hiccup I'm very happy with the overall experience and truly appreciate how efficiently and professionally the situation was handled. I'm now looking forward to receiving my replacement pair and would happily recommend this site to others for their beautiful designs and outstanding customer support.

Do NOT buy from this Company I paid 33 pounds was supposed to be 40 all lies just seem them on tmue for 13 pounds, plus if you want to return as you will because sizing is all wrong you can’t because they make it too expensive and go on about repackaging typical Chinese company

They look so cheap and tatty, my younger sister has shoes from Shein that look better.

They charge a restocking fee to deter people from returning how grim

Shoes were to small. Tried to return didn't want to give my full refund. Scammers and only want money. Quality is terrible.

I ordered my normal size but they were too small. I emailed customer services who responded straight away and kindly offered to rectify this at no cost to me if I left a 5* review, which of course I have as they have been really helpful.
