Exquisite product accompanied by excellent service. As a nurse, I needed a shoe that could support my feet during my 12-hour shift, and Omegawalk really got me an all-purpose, daily-wear Ortho walk to help. Thanks

Shoes are comfortable service is great. Just take a while to get the shoes but everything else is good.

Purchased trainers on 04.03.26 paid extra for first class delivery - still not received and needless to say it is now too late, refund still not issued claiming with the courier, £42.95 for nothing and whilst I am in communication with Susan Brown (head of customer service 🤷‍♀️) and swifter rectification might have fixed this review.

Great trainers, comfortable and well made. Excellent for long walks or standing on your feet for many hours.

Loved the shoes, they are very light, padded and comfortable. However the size is wrong. I contacted customer service and they are sending out a replacement. Has been a great experience.

I ended up picking the wrong size and the company was very helpful to me and arranging for me to get the right size. The shoes are lightweight and look great.

Shipping took 12 days from date of order as were shipped from China which is not made clear on the website. Shoes are clearly cheaply made as evidenced by the mis-spelt branding on the tongue of the shoes - mine stated they were PROEFSSIONAL SAKTEOBARD SHOE which is weird as I thought I had ordered some lightweight orthopaedic shoes.... they are lightweight at least....

I would like to say, the shoes were to small but company is replacing them for free, I would definitely order with them again, and I would recommend them to all my friends.

I received my shoes, they were lovely, but to small I contacted the help desk to how I could exchange. They were great as a one off gesture they have sent another pair free off charge. Great service thank you x

The shoes are not as described and there is no response from email asking to return and refund. I've sent 10 emails without any answer

You can buy this brand of shoes on Temu for £5. As they are not uk based you have to pay to return that is £10+ and also a 15% restock fee.
Save your money and dont bother

The shoes might be great, but I ordered the size suggested for me and they are at least two sizes too big. I didn't realize when I ordered but the company is in Singapore, and it discouraged a return because of the cost and a restocking fee. The company suggested I spend a bit more and they'd help me find a better size. There's an expression about "good money after bad." Again, the shoes look great, but they are too big and getting the right size is impossible without spending more. Also, shipping took forever. I'm giving a two-star review because the customer service was prompt and courteous even if unhelpful in the end.

My experience was great! My shoes arrived within the time frame that I was told and once they arrived it was exactly as I expected. Even though I had to get a bigger size, the staff was extremely helpful with me getting the right size that I needed. They also responded to me very quickly! Thanks so very much for the GREAT customer service and support that was provided to me!

I recently bought a pair of black ortho balance sneakers.
This company provided great service by keeping me updated until delivery. The sneakers were exactly as expected, very comfortable. I would buy from them again.

Customer service is excellent, sorting out a larger size was no trouble for Susan. Nice to know in this day and age you can deal with a real person. Tge trainers are lovely btw , I just should have got a size larger. Thanks so much .

Great looking shoes and for reasonable price, I had to change for a bit bigger size, but they are comfortable and soles are so soft. Will buy again.

The shoe is extremely comfortable. I recently had foot surgery, and needed a shoe I could walk and stand in up to a 12 hour day, and the Omega Walk Ortho Balance are perfect!!😃 Their customer service went above and beyond. Be sure to verify the size guide, and order one size up 👍
