My trainers arrived really quickly, excellent quality. I needed to change the size as I didn’t account for the insoles and the customer service couldn’t have been better! Response time and efficiency was excellent.

The boots arrived with good timing and I like them very much - the bottom sole is just what I wanted for the ice and snow. Unfortunately the sizing wasn't right (too small) but the staff have been helpful at rectifying this for me and offered multiple solutions.

Good company, great product. Responsible customer service.

Please avoid. If you have any issues, I mean serious issues, with your back, please do not by these shoes. They re not orthopedic at all. They are also shipped from China, there is no UK-based store, and this was not clear in their website. It took about a month to get them, the quality is terrible. They claim these shoes are approved by doctors, is this a joke? They are also very uncomfortable. I really should have read all these reviews before buying them.

Bought a pair of ice guard ankle boots, unfortunately the size was way too small. Customer services have been incredibly supportive and offered me various solutions, either a refund or bigger size which I went for. Boots are well made and very good value for the price. Thank you Omegawalk!

Claiming to be a US company but are actually in China TRUMP YOU NEED TO GET ON THIS 😄

Shoes are so uncomfortable, do not match the description they charge 15% restocking fees when returning and you have to pay for returns SO basically you're getting half your money back (I need to meditate) this is disturbing my peace

The trainers a lovely design, and look really good and feel comfy.

The shoe from Omega Walk was small. However, they offered to send me a bigger size free of cost, which i accepted. The shoe was very soft but a little tight. Good Company, stand by their word. Would recommend them to friends and family.

This company really cares about its customers. I ordered my correct shoe size, but their shoes run small. They're going to send me a larger size, and told me I can keep the other pair, which I plan to donate to Goodwill.

Don't trust these! Chinese company so it's impossible to return or even get your money back, they make you pay for the return! I realised this too late unfortunately. The shoes I ordered came, nothing as advertised, the bottoms look dangerously slippery yet they were advertised as non slip and looked way smaller than the size I ordered. Avoid!

I have bought shoes and if they don’t fit, they will work with you to get you into the shoe that is right for you!
So if you want a company to do what is right for your feet give Omega a try!

These shoes were so cute! I got them for my new job and I was pleased to get shipping updates every step of the way! And their customer support is the best I have ever dealt with!!! I recommend this brand!

I love the color and the comfort of the shoes. First time getting this she's n love it.will definitely start look for more style they have here . I work qw hrs a day and this shoes are perfect for this time of job.

I will never purchase any shoes from Omegawalk again. The website is misleading it appears to be US based, however the shoes come from China. Because the shoes are coming from China you need to size up. I was told I would be sent a replacement for writing a review and keep the pair that was too small, which I gave to the Goodwill. I did what I was asked to do, and my review was related to their customer service because they were responsive, this however I never received the replacement pair and of they do not believe in refunds which is another indicator they are a China company.
I’m going to chalk this up as a lost, because the price was too good to be true.
