Awesome communication from the vendor. Tracking updates were very easy to get to. My unit shipped within a reasonable amount of time. I love the quality of the hair. I didn't have to do any extra plucking or bleaching. Unit is very versatile; you can wear the tight curls or you can stretch the curls out to have a more wavy look. The hair is so soft. Will definitely be ordering again.

When I placed an order with them, they reached out to let me know the wig in the exact length I wanted was actually no longer ‘ready to ship’ and would have their normal processing time. However, I needed it for an event that was due to unfold before it would ever get here on that timeline. They were very quick to find a solution, and got me my wig in time! Just a little longer than I had originally aimed for. The wig itself is overall extremely good quality, the hair never tangled once even in windier conditions, the lace isn’t flimsy and melts well, it stayed in place the whole event, the hair is sooo soft—I will definitely be coming back to them. :)

BHW12 Boho Braided Full Lace with Kinky Edges
I purchased OMGHerHair’s Boho Braided wig … TWICE - one customized with my favorite hair color. I genuinely love both of them. The hair quality is great - no tangling, normal shedding, and the colors are beautiful. The density and length are perfect and look so natural, plus the lace is barely noticeable.
The cap fits perfectly, and the adjustable strap, invisible drawstrings, and combs are well-positioned to keep everything secure all day. Installation and styling were soooo easy, exactly the low‑maintenance vibe I wanted.
They also sent pictures and asked questions during the customization process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I absolutely did. Both wigs exceeded my expectations.
Customer service is amazing - fast responses with easy tips, kept me updated through the whole process, checked in after delivery, and made sure I was happy even after wearing them.
I found the wig thanks to a YouTube try‑on by @KieRaShon, and I’m so glad I did. Beautiful wigs, great quality, and genuinely great people. 🥰
Oh, and the kinky edges and Lagos hairline changed my life. Looks like I finally grew my own edges back. 🥹

My number one company
This is my second order from this company and the first time I got everything I wanted. The second time I did rush the company and so a few thing were missing but the wig and hair are top tier in my book , 6 months later I still have both however the first because of too much product has gotten tangled but after a good wash it is back to being soft and beautiful as the day I first got it . The second wig I love it love it love it , the only thing that was missing was the silicone patch on the back and the largo hairline , but I really didn't need either one . I have tired different companies And find myself going right back to this company.

Size too big
I like the texture of the hair. It’s amazing. However it’s too big. I can't wear. They should have asked for my head size that way it fits.

Balding after less than 3 weeks
This would be my first time ordering from this company, and I was excited because of the new drawstring wig.
I didn't wear the wig immediately after receiving it, because I was off of work due to a shoulder surgery, so I was waiting to wear it on my first day back to work.
I wore it right under three weeks and noticed that the top of the wig was bald!!!
I have alopecia, so I tape and glue my wigs to my scalp and because of that, I didn't take my wig on and off to see that it was bald.
I had to be strategic and use makeup and hair dye spray to cover it up, until I could afford to by a new wig, (from a different company of course).
Needless to say, no response from the company when I tried to send a complaint.
$230 down the drain!

Quality went down hill
I thought I found my permanent wig supplier however after the 2nd order the quality went down hill. It's like they only make the effort to provide great service when they know you're a new customer.
Super delayed - i had to chase to find out what was happening to the status of my order and only when I chase do they send me feedback or all of sudden the tracking information is available.
Size of wig-
The size of the wig is massive! So much excess space
Overall i am gutted as I hoped i no longer had to hunt around for another retailer that provides good wigs but unfortunately i will be starting the hunt again due to extremely delayed shipping and extremely big wigs.
