Very good experience from start to…
Very good experience from start to finish. I had to phone the tech line because I couldn't find my confirmation of order email. The phone line was answered quickly, the first person couldn't find my purchase as they searched for my name. I rang back and the second person searched for my postcode and found it. The email had been sent to a man address I don't normally use- so my fault. Parcel arrived on time.

Misleading and unresponsive - Avoid
This company mislead me with a delivery date for a product when making the purchase. On the delivery date I chased the company for an update only to notified by the chatbot that it had not even been dispatched yet. I requested to speak to someone to get an update and after 15mins was told I was connected to the Deals team. Over the next 45-50min I wrote several messages expecting a response or just acknowledgement that someone was there looking into it but nothing. Again I was being misled. In the end I requested a refund as I need this product urgently for an elderly neighbour and they tried to mislead me again by stating that I paid £3 less for the product than they took from my credit card - please be aware of this. I downloaded the entire time and date stamped conversation with the Chat bot. A1 Tech deals have misled me at every opportunity throughout the purchase, querying and cancellation process and based on this experience I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone else. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I even get the refund now!

I ordered a Phone but tried to cancel…
I ordered a Phone but tried to cancel my order just hours later. I was told the phone had been dispatched and to refuse the Delivery which I did.
It's now been over 2 weeks and still I haven't received my Refund. The chat system is ai bot and it keeps saying next few days over 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for somebody to refund me. So now I've gone to Paypal for help. Not a good company in my experience .
