Very bad Service
Awful Incompetent Service.
The only proper functioning is how nice the customer care agents can be. They will treat you nice. The rest of the company works very badly. They commit mistakes all the time when paying salaries and try to dismiss the responsability. The so called "payroll specialists" get it wrong all the time and can be a bit rude. The name is irony since the only speciality is to annoy people with mistake after mistke.
Very bad service. Awful, Don't recommend at all.

Do NOT Recommend
As an employer, I can honestly say this is the worst EOR. Their billing department is awful. We had an employee leave back in August and we initiated the offboarding process in July 2022. It is now December and they are still holding about $10,000 USD in deposits that they owe us and I have been emailing them countless times to get it back. I sent one email where I cced everyone I have ever received an email from and I did receive an email with forms to fill out for the refund and once again I have not heard a thing. I don't know what to do at this point and I may enlist our attorney. Completely unacceptable.
