For me it was 2 things. First the platform itself. It was easy to use, self-explanatory and quick.
Most importantly however was my communication with Gabriela Palacios. She was a star, proactive and she was replying to me in no time.

So far I've only done the on boarding process but the way they have treated me has been great

Things went quickly downhill once the process started in the country.

From the first call, I confirmed with the lawyer that "2 weeks is more than enough" to get the entire process completed. So I booked my travel and accommodation according to her advice.

The second week in UAE, I was told to extend my travel by 2 weeks which would have incurred 2,000 USD+ extra charges. So I emailed Oshan (CS) if Omnipresent can cover this cost considering it's a miscommunication on their end. Instead of replying to me directly, they decided to email the Head of People to "help communicate" with me that they can't cover any charges. Yet they didn't bother mention the part where they miscommunicated timelines.

As the process continued, I was informed that in order to set up a bank account, I needed a local SIM card. I spent 5+ hours visiting various SIM offices and was told that they cannot issue a SIM without the EID, which would only be issued 8-10 working days after my biometrics appointment (long after my departure from UAE).

I got on a call with the lawyers and they insisted that "there are external factors and situations where appointments take longer." If this is the case, why would they set unrealistic expectations for the 2 weeks?

After 30 minutes of arguing on the call, they finally sent someone to buy the SIM card on my behalf. Yet the problems didn't stop there.

It was agreed in writing they will send the rest of Jan salary to my foreign bank as at this point it's already Feb. I found out today they sent this money to the UAE bank which I still have no access to as the debit card hasn't been issued plus they want to charge 100 USD to send it abroad.

I wrote a lengthy email 7 days ago to Oshan at Omnipresent about this disappointing experience and ZERO reply.

This company is an absolute disaster, violating GDPR and haunting you down and refuses to release the details. Be very careful dealing with them.

My team and I have had a frustrating experience with the services provided by Omnipresent. The setup has been confusing with multiple layers of contact, making it difficult to have our concerns addressed. Despite multiple escalations to the customer success manager, our issues have not been resolved and our needs have not been met. The response time is slow and there seems to be a lack of urgency when it comes to addressing high priority issues like delayed payouts. We would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and efficient service.

It's a user friendly platform that one can easily navigate with useful tips within the system.
