⭐ 1/5 – Poor service and no transparency from OnTrack Taxi Hire
I paid a deposit to hire a taxi, i did explained I am going to check the available manual cars when I came to check it was not suitable for me. I told them I couldn’t use a manual and that the automatic wouldn’t be available for another 2–3 weeks. When I asked for a refund, they refused and argued the deposit was non‑refundable even though they never mentioned this verbally or in writing when taking my money.
They took the deposit without informing me of any terms, which completely affected my decision. Very disappointing and not a company I would trust again.

This is the worst company to rent a bike from.Their bikes, scooties are in the worst condition possible, make every type of sound while running. Their customer support is of no use, no one answers, and the people at the warehouse never gives a trustworthy response, full of attitude. Do not rent a bike from them, I ended up spending 1500 more on the service because of their casual approach and the service they did. the guy who serviced my scooty was careless.
They will call you 10 times a day before you rent from them and be super polite and helpful, once you make the payment, their whole attitude changes, they won't listen to you, they'll never answer your calls, just act like they care, but they don't.
If you ask them about the reviews, they'll say that everyone has different experiences but trust me, this is the last company you want to rent a bike from

Following are my issues:
1. The bike/scooty condition will be worst.
2. The iOS app is hell. Don’t work.
3. When you need any help while booking, they will quickly call you back for any issue.
4. Waiting time to pick up the 2-wheeler is more than the heavy traffic in Bangalore.
5. For helmet, they will charge ₹200/- per month and ₹800/- security deposit. Total: ₹1000/-. Though ₹800/- is refundable, you will never get the refund.
6. Once you are in the condition of #5, they will never respond you over chat or over call.

Rented a bike in Feb and March 2023 from them. They have the website and app to book from, my experience was decent.

It's a scam, I paid the money, got no reply, no service, no refund. They don't reply to emails, calls or their WhatsApp business account. Don't get scammed. Stay away.

My experience: Ontrack is the best bike rental company in Bangalore, India. It provides a transparent service, what they promise they deliver it.
