Cumbersome and User Unfriendly
Cumbersome authentication process. If you want a larger sum, there are a lot of €150 vouchers to authenticate individually.
The process of getting larger sums involves clicking on links and sending information to an email address with a drop down menu that didn't even have Ireland as a possible resident country. It all seems very unprofessional and insecure so I went with the digital €150 vouchers which took over a week plus to process. Slow, user unfriendly and I can't help thinking that this is intentional in order to rip every one4all card user but just getting a little bit off everyone.
